Bhagya Lakshmi 27th September 2024 Written Update
The episode starts with Malishka getting shocked as she sees Rishi sleeping in the children’s room while holding Lakshmi’s hand. Furious, she tries to open the door but realizes it’s locked from the inside. Malishka mutters to herself, “It’s time for Neelam mom to wake up now.” Aanchal spots Malishka and asks if she’s still awake. Seeing Malishka’s anger, she comments, “It doesn’t seem like you’ve slept at all.” Malishka replies that she’s wide awake and it’s time for Neelam to wake up too. Aanchal tries to calm her down, suggesting that Neelam might not like this behavior, but Malishka insists, “Neelam mom has done so much for this house, and I’ve sacrificed so much too. I won’t let Lakshmi come in and take everything away from me.” Aanchal advises Malishka to rest for now, telling her to make her move in the morning.
In the morning, Lakshmi performs the morning pooja. Neelam approaches her, saying, “I like doing the morning pooja. This is the first time you’ve done it, so I will forgive you. From now on, I will do it.” Lakshmi humbly replies, “I understand and will let you do it from tomorrow.” Lakshmi then begins distributing the aarti to everyone. Dadi asks Neelam why she’s making a big deal out of it, saying, “Lakshmi just performed the pooja.” Neelam responds, “I always do it, and a girl turns a house into a home in two ways—through the mandir and the kitchen. Dadi, have you ever seen a guest come to a house and do the aarti and cook? It’s not right.” Neelam walks away just as Rohan and Paru run to Lakshmi. Lakshmi checks their foreheads and asks if they still have a fever. Concerned, Neelam asks why Lakshmi didn’t tell her about their fever earlier. Lakshmi reassures her, saying, “It was just a little fever, and now they’re better because Bhagwan’s blessings worked.” Rohan and Paru excitedly ask about the fish tank, to which Neelam says they’ve never had anything like that in the house. The children clarify that they plan to keep it in the garden. After getting a phone call, Neelam leaves, and the children rush to Lakshmi, who tells them the fish tank has already been ordered. She sends them to the dining table to wait for breakfast.
Meanwhile, Rishi and Aayush struggle to pick a suit. Rishi teases Aayush, saying he can’t make a decision. Aayush tries to defend himself, but Rishi pushes him out of the room. Aayush bumps into Lakshmi in the hallway, complaining, “Rishi bhai is scolding me for no reason! But he can’t even pick a suit himself.” Aayush pulls Lakshmi into the room and shows her the suits laid out, asking for her help. Lakshmi comments that they’re all nice, but then picks one, telling Rishi it would suit the formal meeting better. Rishi praises her choice, saying, “You’ve got a great eye. Aayush wasn’t helping at all.” Aayush teases Rishi, asking if he really agrees with the choice, to which Rishi replies, “Absolutely. She’s perfect—uh, I mean, the suit is perfect.” Rishi quickly corrects himself, and they leave the room.
At the breakfast table, Rohan and Paru excitedly tell Neelam they’ve already prepared food for the fish. Karishma chuckles, telling them to wait for the fish to arrive first. Rishi enters, saying they’ve prepared everything in advance. Paru mentions that her mother always says to be prepared. Lakshmi encourages them to have their breakfast first. Rishi and Aayush get ready to leave, but Neelam and Dadi insist they stay for breakfast. Malishka also tries to convince Rishi, but he remains firm. Lakshmi scolds Rishi, “You’re behaving like Rohan did last night when he refused dinner. You’ll get sick if you keep this up.” Rishi, relenting, says he doesn’t want more scolding and sits down to eat. Lakshmi teases Paru, telling her to remind her dad not to behave like this. Rishi jokes, saying he doesn’t like getting scolded by everyone. He takes a paratha from Lakshmi’s plate, saying she can eat later. Malishka feels invisible and grows more frustrated as Rishi and Aayush leave. Malishka storms off, and Neelam signals Aanchal to follow her. Lakshmi, meanwhile, heads to the kitchen to make juice for the children, who insist on following her.
Malishka enters her room furiously. Anoushka follows her, asking if something’s wrong. Malishka vents, saying she feels tension and nervousness in her heart. Anoushka asks her to explain clearly, but Malishka snaps back, asking what Neelam had to say. Neelam enters and confronts Malishka, asking if she’s plotting something bad. Malishka denies it, but Neelam presses her, demanding to know what’s going on. Karishma also joins them, questioning Malishka. Malishka admits that she’s worried about Neelam’s health, recalling how her father fell ill. Karishma reassures her that nothing will happen, but Malishka insists, “Mom might get ill because of Lakshmi. She might win the case, and what will happen then?” Neelam tells Malishka to stop talking like that. Malishka then expresses concern for Rohan, fearing that if Lakshmi leaves with Paru, Rohan will be heartbroken. Anoushka counters, saying she doesn’t think Lakshmi would leave Rohan, but Malishka remains unconvinced.
In the kitchen, Lakshmi encourages Rohan and Paru to finish their juice. Rohan giggles, saying he feels like Superman when Lakshmi helps him. Paru, not wanting to be left out, also asks Lakshmi to help her. Rohan, full of energy, runs into the kitchen, but Lakshmi gently stops him, reminding him that it’s dangerous. Paru warns Rohan not to be mischievous, but he playfully denies it, running off again. Lakshmi smiles and tells Paru not to worry, but Paru insists, saying she knows her brother too well. Lakshmi watches the children fondly and thinks to herself, “They love each other just like real siblings.” She then grows pensive, worried about the upcoming court hearing.
