Neelam is shocked and asking about Malishka, while Balvinder states they are unaware of what’s happening in the house. He mentions that a serious situation has arisen, which led Malishka to attempt to jump from a cliff, and he saved her life. Malishka emerges, stunned to see Balvinder tied to a chair. Karishma expresses her concern for her, and Malishka stands in front of Balvinder, who offers to clarify whether his claims are true or false. He insists he saved her life, and the Inspector asks Malishka if that’s the case. She recalls Balvinder’s earlier threats in the same room, but he reiterates his role as her savior. Neelam prompts Malishka to confirm Balvinder’s statement, and she agrees, admitting she had intended to end her life at the cliff before Balvinder intervened. She recalls her struggle with him over his decision to save her and how he brought her here after throwing alcohol on her. Karishma questions who drinks so much, to which Balvinder replies that he won’t do so in the future if it’s a problem. Malishka concedes that without Balvinder, she might not have been saved. Kiran hugs her, pleading with her to cherish her life, while Neelam reassures her that she is never alone, as they are always there for her. Karishma vows to protect Malishka from harm. The Inspector concludes that Balvinder is innocent and orders his release. Neelam calls Rishi, who agrees, prompting the Inspector to tell the constable to let Balvinder go. However, Balvinder refuses to leave without an apology from Rishi and a thank you from Malishka for saving her. Malishka vows not to let Balvinder off easily. Balvinder approaches Rishi, insisting he didn’t hear Rishi’s previous comments, and Rishi apologizes. Balvinder accepts the apology but demands something more: he picks up the bottle, claiming it as a return gift from Malishka. Neelam suggests they all leave, asking Malishka to come with her. Rishi walks with them while Lakshmi remains behind. Rishi takes Lakshmi’s hand, asking what’s bothering her. She dismisses it as nothing, but he presses her for a clearer answer, noting she often avoids engaging with him directly. He mentions he appreciated her acting like the old Lakshmi, referring to their conversation about Paru, which they didn’t get to have after taking her to the hospital and attending court. When he asks if they need to discuss their children, she responds negatively. Rishi inquires if she is angry or hurt, but she insists it’s nothing of the sort. Lakshmi tries to leave, prompting him to express his desire to talk with her.

Anoushka leads Malishka to her room, offering to bring her some milk, believing it would make her feel better. As Anoushka prepares to get her clothes, she asks if Malishka is going to shower. Malishka, feeling tired, questions why Anoushka is overreacting, and Anoushka simply says she was just trying to help. Malishka apologizes, and Anoushka reassures her she’ll bring the milk as soon as Malishka is settled in the room.

While looking in the mirror, Malishka recalls her encounter with Balvinder, leading her to tears as she begins to slap herself, questioning why she allowed it to happen.

Lakshmi presses Rishi on what he wishes to discuss, and he reiterates his intention to talk about their children and Paru, making a promise that they wouldn’t argue over them. Rishi acknowledges their mutual love for Paru, stating that when she was kidnapped, both of them were on edge and said hurtful things. Karishma inquires if she was heading out, to which Anoushka replies she was just concerned for her Bhabhi. Anoushka asks Malishka if she’s okay, and she smiles at Rishi, saying that nothing can go wrong with him by her side. Neelam asks Anoushka to take Malishka to her room, and they leave with Kiran and Karishma, while Rishi also departs. Lakshmi starts to walk away, reflecting on Rishi’s statement about knowing Malishka better than anyone else. She feels a sense of suffocation, even though she understands everything, questioning her emotional turmoil and longing for things that seem impossible.
