Bhagya Lakshmi 22nd September 2024 Written Update
Guddu tells Balvinder that they should only talk to Lakshmi after they’ve taken her away. Balvinder, disguised, agrees with Guddu’s statement. Lakshmi warns them not to mistake her for a helpless girl like others they’ve dealt with before. She confidently tells them that she’s learned self-defense techniques like Kung Fu and Karate, explaining that one is for attack and the other for defense. She warns them to leave now before it’s too late. Balvinder enjoys her defiance, saying he likes it when she talks tough. Guddu urges Balvinder not to waste time. Lakshmi asks if they think she’s joking and tries to make her escape, pushing Balvinder away. She throws pebbles at them, causing both to fall to the ground, and starts beating them with a rod. Balvinder manages to grab the rod and hits her leg with it, causing her to fall. He then holds a knife to her neck, warning her to stay calm.
Meanwhile, Rishi warns Malishka to back off, but she defiantly says she’ll do whatever she wants. Malishka accuses him of not caring for himself when it comes to Lakshmi and says she won’t forgive him if something happens. Rishi, frustrated, tells her that saving Lakshmi isn’t about her, but about his concern for anyone in danger.
Balvinder drags Lakshmi, holding a knife to her throat. Lakshmi questions why they’re kidnapping her when their goal was the jewelry. Balvinder smugly replies that she is the most precious jewel to him. Lakshmi realizes who he really is and calls him by name, but Guddu quickly tries to cover, saying his name is Badrinath. Rishi sneaks up behind them, signaling Lakshmi to stay quiet. However, Malishka unknowingly interrupts, giving Balvinder the chance to tighten his grip on Lakshmi. Rishi springs into action, managing to pull Lakshmi away and starts beating Balvinder and Guddu furiously. Lakshmi pleads with Rishi to stop before he hurts Guddu too much, but Rishi doesn’t listen.
Malishka hands a knife to Balvinder, who threatens Lakshmi again. Just then, the inspector arrives and orders the arrest of the criminals. Balvinder throws a knife, injuring Rishi’s hand. Malishka rushes to Rishi, asking why he risked himself like that. Lakshmi, seeing Malishka caring for Rishi, feels emotional and tense. The inspector asks if they’re okay and leads everyone back to the hall. Shalu and Lakshmi walk ahead, while Rishi follows with Malishka smiling behind.
Balvinder and Guddu run towards the parking lot, trying to escape by stealing a car. A constable chases them, but they manage to throw dirt in his eyes and make their getaway.
Back in the hall, the inspector explains that the intruders weren’t just thieves but smugglers working with international clients. This revelation shocks Rishi. The boss tries to flee but is caught by Rishi, Aayush, and the police. Painter is also apprehended, but not before Rohan and Paru use their slingshots to knock him down. Proudly, they warn Painter not to mess with their family again.
With the criminals subdued, the inspector explains that the bracelet the smugglers wanted was actually a hiding spot for diamonds they had stolen. Rano, confused, asks why they were after Lakshmi’s bracelet, thinking it was just fake jewelry. The inspector clarifies that the diamonds were hidden in a Murti, and by chance, Rishi had given the bracelet to Lakshmi, not knowing its true value. The smugglers are taken away, and Pandit Ji leaves, saying he must head to Panvel.
Neelam takes Rishi to his room, scolding him for not taking care of himself. Rishi insists it’s just a scratch, but Neelam tells him a mother feels her child’s pain, no matter how small the injury. Paru and Rohan enter, concerned for their father. Neelam asks Malishka to bring the first-aid kit, but she can’t find it. Lakshmi retrieves it from under the dressing table, quietly helping. Paru reassures her father that Badi Mom will make everything better. Rishi, though injured, insists he’s fine. Neelam decides that Aayush will handle the preparations for the upcoming event, not Rishi. Paru and Rohan echo their grandmother, urging their father to rest.
Aayush stops the car, telling Shalu they’ve arrived back home. Aansh opens the door for Shalu, and they begin chatting. Aayush watches them, a bit uneasy, but brushes it off when Rano asks what’s wrong. He quickly exits the car, feeling awkward. Shalu thanks him for dropping them off, but noticing his mood, she invites him inside for tea. Aayush politely declines, saying he’s getting late. Aansh jokes that Aayush has to report back to his wife, hinting at a romantic tension, and they all part ways. Rano, left behind, wonders what’s going on.
Anoushka contemplates calling Aayush but bumps into Malishka instead. She asks about Rishi, to which Malishka boastfully replies that Rishi risked himself to save her, caring deeply for her. Lakshmi overhears this, feeling dejected. Anoushka praises Malishka for having Rishi’s attention, but Malishka, irritated, tells her to focus on her own work. As Anoushka walks away, Malishka smiles triumphantly.
