Bhagya Lakshmi 21st September 2024 Written Update
The episode starts with Rishi approaching Lakshmi, who is crying. She rests her head on his chest, and he reassures her that everything will be okay, promising that he will always be by her side and never leave her. Aayush walks away as Lakshmi and Rishi embrace each other tightly.
Meanwhile, Shalu enters a room, calling for Paru, Rohan, and Dadi, but finds no one. She worries that the criminals may have taken them. Aansh asks what they should do now. Shalu suggests going to the hall to distract the criminals until the police arrive. When Aansh asks if she isn’t afraid, she responds that, like anyone else, she is afraid but cares more about protecting her family.
In another part of the house, the painter struggles to open the door. Balvinder tells him to stop, explaining that this door belongs to a wealthy family, not like their own homes. The painter gets scared when he sees someone outside, but Balvinder assures him it’s just Malishka, who is on their side. Malishka enters the room and questions Balvinder, taunting him for not being able to capture Lakshmi and calling him incompetent. Balvinder defends himself, praising Lakshmi’s cleverness. Enraged, Malishka places a knife at Balvinder’s throat, warning him not to speak another word in Lakshmi’s favor. Painter intervenes as Balvinder starts bleeding, and Balvinder grabs Malishka by the mouth, warning her not to test his patience. At that moment, Karishma enters and hits Balvinder with a vase, but both Balvinder and Painter manage to escape.
As Balvinder and Painter run through the house, they bump into Shalu and Aansh, then continue running. Shalu wonders why these men aren’t acting like typical robbers and suspects they have another plan. She sees Malishka and asks if she’s okay. Malishka explains that the men tried to hurt her. Shalu grows even more curious, wondering why the criminals are targeting women and leaves. Malishka, left alone, ponders how Lakshmi could have been kidnapped.
Outside, the smugglers leave Rano and Aanchal. Rano, relieved to be outside, tells Aanchal that now they can inform the police about what’s happening inside the house. Aanchal looks confused, but Rano explains that they can give the police details about the criminals and their numbers. The inspector and his team arrive, and Rano asks to speak to the “Surcharge,” causing the inspector to be confused. Aanchal steps in, asking for the in-charge officer. The inspector introduces himself, and Rano tells him that the people inside aren’t real robbers because they couldn’t distinguish between real and fake jewelry, stealing the fake diamonds instead. The inspector is surprised by this information.
Back in the house, Rishi tries to comfort Lakshmi. He helps her sit down and apologizes for not being there when she needed him. He reassures her that Rohan is safe and doesn’t even remember the people who tried to hurt him. Rohan even asked his “Lakshmi maa” not to worry. Rishi tells her that her crying face doesn’t suit her, that she looks better when she’s smiling. He tries to cheer her up, and Lakshmi begins to calm down.
Just then, Balvinder and Painter sneak up behind Rishi and Lakshmi. They cover their faces with black cloths. Balvinder warns them not to struggle, threatening that if either one tries anything, the other will suffer. Painter orders them to comply, saying that if Lakshmi tries to outsmart them, Rishi will be hurt, and vice versa. They are both taken to the rest of the group.
The boss asks what’s going on, and Painter suggests kidnapping Lakshmi. Rishi threatens them with consequences, but Balvinder doesn’t believe him, saying they’ll let Lakshmi go once they’ve reached a safe distance. However, in his mind, Balvinder is determined never to let Lakshmi go, thinking she will be his wife. Rishi demands once again that they leave Lakshmi alone, but Painter threatens to kill her. The boss pulls Painter aside, reminding him that kidnapping Lakshmi was the plan all along. Painter suggests that if they take Lakshmi with them, they’ll be able to escape more easily. The boss goes back to Lakshmi and demands her bracelet, but she refuses to hand it over. Rishi steps in, angrily questioning why the boss is forcing her to give it up when she already said no. He offers the boss money instead, but the boss scoffs, saying Rishi can’t give him the kind of money he needs.
Shalu and Aansh are walking through the house, with Shalu suspecting that something is definitely wrong. Aansh continues to praise her for everything she says, calling her smart. Shalu, however, modestly replies that her sister Lakshmi is even smarter, explaining that Lakshmi can sense when something is wrong before it even happens. Aansh is impressed, but Shalu says it’s because Lakshmi has a pure heart. Karishma overhears and interrupts, warning them to stop talking and focus on the task at hand since they don’t have much time.
The boss, still pointing his gun at Rishi, says he doesn’t have time to waste and demands the bracelet again. Lakshmi refuses, and Painter tries to forcefully take it. Lakshmi cries out in pain, and Balvinder, concerned, warns Painter to be gentle. Rishi and Lakshmi exchange worried glances, confused by Balvinder’s concern for her. Rishi tries to reason with the boss, offering him all the money he needs, but the boss isn’t interested. Meanwhile, Guddu, one of the criminals, quietly observes and wonders why they’re handling things so poorly.
As Painter threatens Lakshmi again, Rishi becomes enraged and lunges at him, pulling him away from Lakshmi. Just then, the police burst into the house, ordering everyone to freeze. In the chaos, Rishi pushes Painter aside, but the boss starts shooting at the police. Neelam, hearing the gunshots, tries to keep Rohan and Paru inside, reassuring them that everything will be fine. Rohan, concerned for Lakshmi, tries to leave, but Neelam reminds him that Lakshmi and Rishi are both brave and can take care of themselves. Dadi joins in, encouraging everyone to pray to Ganpati for their safety.
In the midst of the shootout, Rishi and Lakshmi get separated. Lakshmi urges Rishi to go to the other side and stay safe. As Rishi runs through the house, he encounters Malishka, who tries to pull him to safety. However, Rishi refuses to leave without finding Lakshmi. Despite Malishka’s protests, Rishi insists that he must save Lakshmi, saying he will reach her through the back door. Malishka, frustrated, tries to stop him.
Meanwhile, Lakshmi is running when Balvinder catches up to her. She confronts him, realizing that he’s not with the other criminals. She accuses him of wanting to kidnap her, and Guddu arrives, telling Balvinder not to waste time talking. Balvinder agrees with Guddu, leaving Lakshmi feeling even more worried about what’s to come.
