Lakshmi even accuses Rishi of being the one to kidnap Paru. Neelam, Karishma, and Anoushka defend Rishi and blame Lakshmi, but she insists she’s telling the truth as Paru’s mother and would do anything for her, even running to save her. Rishi acknowledges that everyone knows Lakshmi loves Paru a lot but asserts that they are concerned because Lakshmi aims to take Paru away from her family. Lakshmi counters that it’s a false accusation. Shalu supports her sister, apologizing to the judge for speaking out of turn, insisting that the allegations against her sister are false and revealing the true intentions of the family. Karishma questions her comments, while Anoushka asks how she dared to say such a thing. The judge demands order, warning everyone that it is her court and instructing them to be seated. The judge observes that the entire family clearly loves Paru and wants to keep her with them, which is why she believes Paru should not live with either Lakshmi or Rishi. She recalls how both have referred to Paru as their own daughter, indicating their strong bond.

The judge explains that children often bring parents together, and this case is no different; Paru is the one bringing them together. Neelam disputes this, and Karishma points out that they have witnessed Rishi and Lakshmi arguing. Anoushka accuses Lakshmi of getting Paru kidnapped, while Aayush questions why she is acting as the judge. Lakshmi insists she hasn’t kidnapped Paru, and Rishi echoes this accusation against her. The judge informs them that the kidnapping issue cannot be resolved in this court, but from her experience, she believes that neither Rishi nor Lakshmi would engage in such actions, suggesting someone else is manipulating the situation. She states that both love Paru dearly, and she loves them both too. She mentions having met Paru, who wants her father’s hand over her head for security, and Lakshmi recalls how Rishi saved Paru at the warehouse. Malishka questions what is left to control now that Lakshmi has ruined everything for her. She then hugs Neelam, warning her not to say anything, as Neelam had promised not to come to their house. Malishka expresses her frustration that Lakshmi has taken everything from her, including Rishi and their son, while Neelam feels powerless to intervene. Karishma advises Malishka to calm down, assuring her that everything will work out. Malishka retorts that Karishma still believes that everything will be fine. She had believed he shared her love for Rishi, which is why she thought they would achieve everything together, but now she has lost it all. Balvinder tries to pour himself some water, asking what she wants to say. Malishka explains that today was the court hearing for Rishi and Lakshmi to determine who would get custody. Balvinder claims he knows the outcome, stating that Lakshmi, as the mother, would get custody. Malishka argues that it’s all about Lakshmi, and Balvinder claims it’s himself. When she pushes him away, he asks how she can think that. Malishka reveals that the court decided Rishi and Lakshmi would remain together with the children.
