Bhagya Lakshmi 1st November 2024 Written Update
Rishi asks Lakshmi why she looks troubled, and she replies that today women observe the Varrth for their husbands and touch their feet for their protection, but he is the one touching her feet and saving her. Rishi responds that her husband is very special. Lakshmi adds that while men typically give gifts today, she feels like giving one instead. Rishi insists she must give him a gift, and when she responds that all she can do is thank him, he says she doesn’t need to give him anything after returning to his life. However, if she genuinely wants to offer something, he asks her to promise to live for future generations.
Meanwhile, Malishka storms into her room, and Anoushka pleads with her to at least listen, but Malishka slams the door shut. Anoushka insists she has only good intentions for her, but Malishka demands she leave. Anoushka refuses to go until Neelam aunt arrives, continuing to urge Malishka to open the door. When Malishka finally opens it, she questions why Anoushka cannot understand and tells her to go. Anoushka, taken aback, asks why Malishka is treating her this way when she only means well and hasn’t eaten anything. Malishka insists she is saving Anoushka from her own anger and reiterates her demand to leave. Anoushka suggests Malishka control herself until Neelam aunt arrives. Malishka, unimpressed, asks what Neelam aunt could do, inquiring if she could force Lakshmi to stand aside during the pooja while making her stand with Rishi. Anoushka replies that’s not possible. Malishka then warns Anoushka to leave and assures her that Neelam aunt need not worry about her because she can handle herself. Anoushka agrees but questions why Malishka is only nodding and not leaving.
Lakshmi grows emotional, and Rishi asks if she isn’t going to give him a gift when he is requesting one, insisting she should promise to always be with him for the rest of their lives. When Lakshmi turns away, Rishi wonders if this promise is too difficult for her. He asks her to look at him, explaining that she kept the Karwa Chauth Varrth for him but doesn’t want to live by his side. He questions why she wishes for someone else to bear the consequences of her stubbornness. Lakshmi asks for clarification, and Rishi responds that she kept the Varrth for his longevity, but if she isn’t beside him, he’ll have to live with someone else, which he cannot do. He expresses how difficult it is for him to be with someone who isn’t happy, but he promises he would even die for her. Lakshmi interrupts him by covering his mouth. Malishka, watching them from the door, thinks this is the last thing she needed to see and vows to confront Lakshmi. Malishka is then pulled aside.
Lakshmi tells Rishi to refrain from making such statements, especially today. Rishi insists that she promise to support him for generations to come, and they both become very emotional. Lakshmi reflects on the times Rishi used to compliment her, and Rishi again demands her promise, extending his hand. He is then startled by Rohan’s voice.
Malishka asks Sonal why she pulled her away. Sonal responds that she wanted to stop Malishka from making a mistake. When Malishka questions what she would have done, Sonal argues that if Malishka had fought, Rishi might have realized how wrong he was and not performed the pooja. Sonal states that it’s Malishka’s fault for Rishi doing the pooja with Lakshmi. Malishka admits her plan to eliminate Lakshmi has failed and that she too has kept the Varrth without food or drink, yet Rishi is still with Lakshmi, discussing love as if she doesn’t exist. Sonal warns Malishka not to take any further actions, but Malishka becomes anxious.
Rishi reiterates that he has asked something and expects an answer. Lakshmi replies she will respond when she understands the question. Just then, Rohan and Paru enter, asking what the question is, and Lakshmi wonders why they aren’t asleep yet. Paru requests to hear the question. Rishi insists it was something for elders and that they should let it go. Rohan, however, declares they are intelligent students, while Paru asserts they are the best. Rohan offers to help her understand. Rishi claims he was inviting Lakshmi to a picnic he planned, asking if she would join him. Lakshmi is taken aback when Rishi comments that she forgets things so easily. He asks for her answer, and she states she’ll give it after thinking it through. Paru points out that they are not foolish and if their parents don’t want to tell them, they can explain it later. Lakshmi decides to help her children sleep, mentioning pain in her feet. Rishi inquires about her well-being, and she reassures him she’s fine. Rohan expresses concern, but Lakshmi tells him she’s okay because he applied ointment. Paru and Rohan encourage Lakshmi to stop worrying, saying they can go to sleep on their own. Rishi declares it’s his duty, and as they leave, he presses for an answer from Lakshmi, but the children pull him away.
Aayush is busy greeting guests, praising their performances. As the guests leave, one mentions Aayush is very nice. He drops his phone and bends to pick it up, feeling someone behind him. When he turns back, he finds no one there and walks back into the house. The person on the phone mentions he has returned and comments on Anoushka’s request for him to come back at night, indicating he will meet her soon, which makes Anoushka panic.
Aayush continues to greet guests when he receives a call from Shalu, who expresses her stress over the traffic situation. Aayush jokingly tells her he isn’t part of the traffic police. Shalu then asks if the pooja has started yet, but Aayush remains silent. Shalu wonders if Lakshmi di performed the pooja, and she thanks Baba jee, while Aayush suggests she thank him instead. She insists on coming to see him and asks him to wait, leaving Aayush feeling anxious.
Malishka, frustrated, confides in Sonal that she can’t understand anything. Sonal reassures her of her luck, but Malishka claims she is the most unfortunate person. Sonal insists that isn’t true and encourages Malishka to eat. Malishka laments her situation, stating she’s married but feels she doesn’t have a husband, and that Rohan isn’t her biological son. She feels disconnected from the family. Sonal tells Malishka she is fortunate and points out that Rohan loves her deeply and that this family is truly hers. Neelam aunt loves her as well, and Sonal emphasizes that she must not lose Neelam’s support due to her anger. Malishka should remember that Neelam is her ally. Just then, Neelam enters the room, calling for Malishka, who becomes agitated. Neelam inquires about Malishka’s well-being, which only heightens Malishka’s fury.
