Bhagya Lakshmi 18th January 2025 Written Update
The episode begins with Ayush looking at Shalu and feeling regretful, thinking that he could never express his feelings to her. He reflects that he is not the kind of guy who simply dreams, but the kind who lives up to those dreams. He thinks to himself that all she has to do is say yes, and then they can talk and understand each other. Meanwhile, Lakshmi remembers Rishi putting the necklace on Malishka and feels upset. She notices Shalu crying and thinks about how everyone is accepting Rishi and Malishka’s relationship. She decides to talk to Shalu about Ayush and wonders how they can resolve things until they talk. Lakshmi plans to arrange a meeting where Ayush can confess his feelings to Shalu. She asks Shalu to bring wooden logs from the storeroom and insists that Ayush should go with her, as the logs are heavy. Shalu offers to go alone, but Lakshmi insists they go together.
Malishka pretends to feel uncomfortable wearing the necklace. Karishma asks her what’s wrong, and Neelam tells her to share her concerns, assuring her that everyone is there for her. Kiran encourages Malishka to express her feelings. Malishka responds, saying she understands their emotions, but she can’t wear the necklace and feels uneasy. Kiran tells her that she can’t take the necklace off since Rishi made her wear it, and everyone saw that, including Lakshmi. She also mentions that it’s very expensive. Malishka complains that they care more about the necklace than about her, and starts to cry. Neelam suggests Malishka should remove it. Karishma agrees with Neelam. Dadi also supports removing the necklace. Malishka takes it off and walks away. Karishma tells Kiran she will keep the necklace in a safe place. Kiran emphasizes that it’s valuable and precious to her. Karishma reassures her, saying she will take care of it. Anushka enters Rishi’s room and opens the door, only to hide when she hears someone coming. Karishma locks the necklace in the locker and decides to have a conversation with Kiran. Meanwhile, Anushka receives a call from Neel, who tells her to come out. Anushka asks him to stay quiet and let her finish her work. Neel grows upset and begins to think about controlling her actions.
Malishka asks Varsha to retrieve the necklace from the locker, but Varsha refuses to help them. Kiran threatens to accuse Varsha of theft if she doesn’t comply. Varsha defends herself, saying she didn’t steal. Malishka insists that if Varsha brings the necklace back to them, she will be rewarded, otherwise she’ll be sent to jail. Varsha asks how she will open the locker. Malishka says she will provide the locker number.
Gurumaa asks Kiran about Neelam and says she wants to share something about her future. Kiran gets worried, wondering if Gurumaa has learned that Malishka is pregnant with someone else’s child, not Rishi’s. Rishi stops Lakshmi and tells her he always cares about her and thinks about her. Lakshmi tells him she doesn’t want to hear anything. Rishi insists on speaking to her, saying he wants to clarify something, but Lakshmi says she doesn’t want to hear him. Rishi tries to hold her and asks her to listen. Lakshmi demands he let go of her. Rishi refuses to release her, and they both continue arguing, with Rishi expressing his feelings while Lakshmi remains upset. A song plays in the background.
Neelam’s friend arrives at Gurumaa’s place and asks her to predict her future. Gurumaa responds that the future depends on the present and advises her to improve her present situation for a better future. She offers to read her palm. Kiran, thinking Gurumaa is busy, asks her assistant to come with her. Rishi tells Lakshmi that the necklace ritual for Malishka was just a tradition for Kiran, and that he had refused to make Malishka wear it when his mother asked. He further explains that Dadi had insisted, as it was a jewelry piece. He reassures Lakshmi not to think that people are publicly accepting them as a couple. He knows what’s on her mind and asks her to go wherever she wants, stating he has already explained things to her.
Lakshmi remains standing, deep in thought. Rishi asks her to go and handle her work. Lakshmi wonders if she should go to Rishi’s room to get the file now. Meanwhile, Kiran talks to Gurumaa’s assistant, who reveals that Gurumaa knows about something related to a pregnancy, and she’s suggesting that the other lady’s baby is good for the family. Kiran gets excited and presses her for more details. The assistant repeats Gurumaa’s words, and Kiran becomes more eager to find out who the pregnant woman is. The assistant asks what she will get in return. Kiran, recognizing their similarities, promises to reward her if she tells her. The assistant agrees to show Kiran the woman.
