Malishka tells Anoushka that the court hearing is approaching, and she is certain that Lakshmi must be worried about Rishi potentially gaining custody of Paru. This worry is why Lakshmi took the money and left without returning. Malishka expresses her belief that Paru is likely with someone close to Lakshmi, and eventually, she will run away and never come back. Anoushka asks if she is sure about this, to which Malishka confidently replies that she is certain. Aanchal arrives to inform Neelam that Rishi is about to return. Neelam angrily looks at Lakshmi, who is emotional, and when Aanchal inquires if something has happened, Neelam storms away, prompting everyone to follow her. Malishka smirks at the unfolding drama.

Aayush honks the car horn, and Rishi wonders why everyone is coming outside, sensing that something is wrong. Aayush mentions that there seems to be tension in the air. Rishi turns to his mother, asking what is going on, and Neelam responds that she is also trying to understand how they could have passed out in one location and woken up outside their house. They discover a phone in the locked car, and the location has changed, making it impossible to retrieve the person they originally went to get. Rishi expresses his confusion, but Neelam asserts that Inspector Vijesh was right to suspect someone’s involvement in the kidnapping, and she believes Lakshmi is behind it. She realizes that she should have considered this sooner, insisting that Lakshmi is capable of orchestrating such a situation.

Rishi kneels down, stating that his mother is wrong to think that Lakshmi could do something like this. Neelam questions whether Rishi thinks he is unfit to be a father and that the court would deny him custody of the children. Rishi reassures her that he is confident he will get custody. Karishma supports Neelam’s view, stating that Lakshmi’s actions suggest otherwise. Neelam argues that Lakshmi must have had Paru kidnapped, as the court case hinges on the child’s presence. Rishi defends Lakshmi, insisting they are mistaken in blaming her. However, Aanchal supports Neelam, claiming Lakshmi has been cunning. Karishma adds that Rishi always blindly trusts Lakshmi, but Rishi maintains that they are wrong about her. Neelam angrily tells Rishi he is mistaken, asserting that Lakshmi is the one who has Paru. Rishi storms back into the Oberoi Mansion in frustration.

Malishka wonders why Rohan hasn’t come out of his room after she called him. Rohan appears, handing the phone to his mother, but Malishka reminds him that she advised against excessive phone use. She instructs Rishi to return the phone to Lakshmi, as she had given it to Rohan for playtime. Rishi takes the phone from Rohan and asks him to rest, noticing that Rohan still has a fever. Malishka claims she already gave him medicine, and Rishi tells Rohan to go and relax. Rohan, missing Paru, asks when she will return home, to which Rishi promises he will bring her back. Malishka recalls seeing Rohan playing on the phone and asking him whose it was. He had responded that it belonged to Lakshmi Maa. When she noted that his face was dirty, Rohan insisted he had washed it that morning.

Malishka then called Balvinder, instructing him to send a text to Lakshmi’s phone. When he asks what to write, she suggests he tell her to bring money to the mansion while assuring her that Paru is safe and simply playing outside. Malishka urges Rishi to call Lakshmi’s number, but he tells her to do it herself. She claims that if she sees the message, she will definitely read it, so Rishi decides to read it instead. Malishka asks him what happened when he sends Rohan to his room and leaves in a huff. Malishka contemplates how she cannot fathom the change in trust between them when all she had to do was instigate suspicion. Rishi is stopped by Neelam, who expresses her desire to speak with him, while Vijesh insists Rishi stay put in case the kidnappers contact them again. Malishka thinks she must act quickly and realizes she needs to provoke Lakshmi against Rishi.

Lakshmi is in tears when Shalu attempts to console her. Lakshmi laments that she feels powerless, and Shalu urges her to calm down, insisting that they can still try to bring Paru back. Shalu reassures her sister that she has done nothing wrong and encourages her to remain strong for Paru and explore alternative options. She tells Lakshmi to pull herself together and suggests they speak to the inspector. Lakshmi, although distressed, agrees that they cannot lose hope and must not be weak, asserting that they should indeed speak with the inspector. Just then, they hear Malishka on the phone, and Lakshmi tells Shalu that it sounds like Malishka is speaking in secret. Malishka says they must take care of Paru, and as she walks away, Lakshmi and Shalu begin to follow her.

Malishka comments on how Paru should not be harmed, warning that Rishi would be furious if anything happened to her. She mentions that Rishi is coming to see her in two hours, implying that if Paru is hurt, there will be consequences. Malishka casually asks if they have fed Paru before walking out, then feigns shock as if she just noticed them. Lakshmi presses her about who she was talking to, but Malishka denies being on a call. Lakshmi confronts her about why she would do this to Paru, stating that she will talk to Malishka. However, Malishka insists that she would have spoken to her if she were alone, and walks toward the hall. Malishka smiles to herself, believing she has hit her mark, eager to see who will be the next target.

Lakshmi is angrily calling Rishi when Neelam asks what is wrong. Lakshmi asserts that Rishi needs to answer her questions right away, accusing him of doing something wrong, which stuns everyone present. Rishi is taken aback, and Lakshmi declares that she knows the truth and demands an explanation from him. Neelam angrily interrupts, questioning Lakshmi’s sanity for speaking to Rishi that way. Aanchal chimes in, criticizing Lakshmi’s lack of decency in addressing Rishi. Neelam insists that Lakshmi has no respect or consideration for anyone and confronts her about how she dares to speak to her son in such a manner. Dadi attempts to intervene but Neelam silences her, accusing Lakshmi of deceiving them while staying under their roof and betraying their trust for the love of Paru. Neelam firmly accuses Lakshmi of kidnapping Paru, and Lakshmi turns furiously to face Neelam.
