Anupama 8th October 2024 Written Update
The episode begins with Dolly blaming Aadhya for Dimpy’s condition. Meenu and Kinjal urge Dolly to leave Aadhya alone. Dolly continues to accuse Aadhya. Just as Anupama is about to speak, Baa interjects, saying if anything happens to Dimpy, she will not spare anyone. Dolly insists that everyone should pray to God for Dimpy’s well-being, or else they will face consequences. Anupama defends Aadhya, telling everyone to leave her alone. Aadhya rushes to Anupama, asserting that she is not guilty. Dolly claims she witnessed Aadhya pushing Dimpy into the fire. Aadhya insists she is lying, but suddenly faints and collapses against Anupama. Dolly accuses her of pretending. Pakhi sarcastically suggests that Aadhya will claim it was a panic attack. Anupama warns everyone not to touch her daughter, stating that she trusts Aadhya completely, even if no one else does, and insists that everyone should keep quiet. She urges them to pray for Dimpy instead of spreading falsehoods. Bala and Sagar carry Aadhya inside.
Baa weeps, lamenting that the havan fire has destroyed their family. Dolly continues to blame Aadhya. Baa admits it might be a mistake, but Dolly questions if she is lying. Pakhi admonishes Dolly for siding against Mummy. Dolly insists she will not support Anupama. Toshu expresses his concern that Dimpy is near death while they’re arguing. Pakhi feels sorry for Ansh. Baa reflects on their losses—the Shah house, Vanraj’s departure, the rented house, and now this tragedy. She prays for a miracle: that Dimpy recovers, Vanraj returns, and they return to their home; otherwise, she wishes for her life to end.
The doctor examines Aadhya and concludes that she is very frightened and that her old trauma has been triggered. Anupama recalls Aadhya’s previous panic attacks. After the doctor leaves, Anupama is overwhelmed, trying to figure out how to manage everything while Dimpy fights for her life, and Ansh is terrified about his mother. Kinjal and Meenu urge her to stay strong. Sagar reminds her that they all need her support. Anupama expresses her frustration about how they were blaming Aadhya, insisting that she is just a young girl who gets angry but would never intentionally harm anyone. Kinjal questions why Dolly is acting this way, to which Meenu replies that Dolly is upset because Anupama supported them. Anupama asserts that Dolly should not treat Aadhya this way. Sagar suggests they focus on what to do next. Anupama stands firm, asserting her belief that Aadhya is innocent, stating it was an accident, and she won’t accept anything to the contrary. She tries to reach Anuj but finds his phone unreachable. Sagar mentions that he also tried. Anupama feels lost without Babu ji. Meenu states that he was unaware of the situation. Kinjal suggests Anupama stay with Aadhya while they look after Ansh and the other children.
Pari is in shock. Ansh worries for both Dimpy and Aadhya. Mahi tells Ansh that they will pray for his mother. Ansh expresses concern that Dadu left him, and now Mummy might too. Anupama fears what will happen if Anuj finds out; she knows it would shatter him, so she decides to wait for his return.
Dolly and Pakhi watch Anupama and criticize her for not being at the hospital and instead being with her daughter. Anupama continues to pray for Dimpy. Toshu plots to get Mummy’s signature on some papers. Pakhi expresses her concern for Dimpy, asserting they will talk to Mummy once she recovers. Dolly questions how a mother can behave this way towards her children. Toshu suggests filing a police complaint against Aadhya, stating he feels sympathy for Dimpy but anger towards Aadhya. Pakhi echoes that if anything happens to Dimpy, it will severely impact Ansh. Toshu insists that Aadhya should be punished, claiming that since Tapish is unable to take action, Aadhya poses a threat to them as well. He warns that Mummy will defend Aadhya again. Dolly declares she will send Aadhya to jail for coming between her and her daughter. Pakhi comments on how Mummy had thrown her out, and now her daughter will be out too.
Anupama prays for Dimpy’s recovery. Ansh approaches her, expressing fear that Mummy and Fui will leave him. Anupama reassures him, saying that God listens to children and encourages him to pray. Pari, Ishu, and Mahi join Anupama. She gathers them together and sings a lullaby, soothing them to sleep.
Titu watches Dimpy through the window, tears streaming down his face. Kinjal, Toshu, and the others hear Anupama’s lullaby as she comforts the children. Meanwhile, Dolly and Pakhi continue to execute their plan, speaking to someone on the phone.
Anupama grows frustrated, noticing her messages and calls aren’t going through, worrying about Anuj. She suddenly receives a call and screams, “NO!” Everyone rushes to her side, asking what’s wrong. Anupama, in tears, reveals that Dimpy has passed away. The group is engulfed in sorrow. Aadhya writes a note saying, “Sorry Bhabhi, whatever happened, I am really sorry. I didn’t push you, but I should have controlled my anger. I promise I will never get angry or react, even if you provoke me.” She resolves to apologize to Dimpy.
Ansh approaches Titu, asking where his mother is and demanding answers. He insists on being told the truth. Meenu suggests that they let Papa rest, but Ansh insists on talking to his mother now. Nandita intervenes, stating they will arrange a video call later. Ansh, still adamant, wants to speak immediately. Meenu tries to coax him into drinking milk first.
Anuj finally arrives at the hotel, realizing there was no signal on the train, and his phone battery has died. He plugs in his phone to charge and gazes outside, contemplating bringing them to see the place.
Everyone is in mourning over Dimpy’s death. Kinjal approaches Anupama, expressing her concern about how they will explain the situation to Ansh, pondering how they can make him understand that his mother, their Dimpy, has left this world. Baa laments the losses they’ve faced—first Samar and now Dimpy. She reveals that the doctor didn’t allow them to see her as she was badly burned and that they performed her last rites. Dolly comments on how young Dimpy was. Titu enters, overwhelmed with grief, as Ansh calls out for Papa, seeking answers about why his mother hasn’t come home and when she will be okay. Anupama breaks down in tears.
