Anupama 7th October 2024 Written Update
The episode begins with Anupama shouting, “Choti!” She manages to get through the fire and rescues Aadhya. They spot Dimpy lying unconscious, surrounded by flames. Anupama quickly takes Aadhya outside and then rushes back in to save Dimpy. However, a burning pillar falls on Dimpy. Aadhya screams, “No!” Everyone is left in shock, including Anupama. Baa asks Meenu for her phone, saying she wants to ask Pandit ji what went wrong, as the havan caught fire. She blames herself for everything that has happened. Meenu hugs and comforts her, saying they need to go to the hospital. Baa tells her to call Tapish. Meenu calls Tapish and asks where he is. He responds that he’s in Ahmedabad. Meenu informs him that Dimpy is badly burnt due to the fire from the havan. Tapish drops his phone in shock, recalling his moments with Dimpy. Meenu tries to get his attention, saying, “Hello, Tapish bhai?” A passerby picks up the phone, explaining that Tapish is too shocked to speak. Meenu asks him to answer the video call.
Baa then calls Titu, urging him to control his emotions and come to the hospital. Titu asks which hospital Dimpy is in, and they reply, “City Hospital.”
Meanwhile, Bala applies ointment to his hand and blames himself for suggesting the havan. Indra reassures him that it wasn’t his fault, as his intentions were good. Everyone gathers at the hospital. Aadhya, still at home, prays for Dimpy’s recovery, crying. In her distress, she imagines Dimpy confronting her, accusing her of trying to kill her. Aadhya protests, “I didn’t do anything!” but Dimpy insists that Aadhya came between her and Ansh. Aadhya explains she was only trying to protect Ansh, but Dimpy accuses her of causing her death. Aadhya screams, “No!”
At the hospital, Ansh demands to see his mother, but Bala and Indra try to calm him down. Bala tells him that once his mother recovers, he can visit her. Titu arrives at the hospital and anxiously calls out for Dimpy. Toshu assures him that she will be fine. Titu asks how the accident happened. Anupama explains that both Aadhya and Dimpy were caught in the fire, but she couldn’t save Dimpy because she was unconscious. Titu asks if everyone else is alright. Dolly informs him that Aadhya is fine but claims that she pushed Dimpy into the fire. Kinjal, shocked, asks, “What?”
Meenu and Nandita feel awful about the situation. Aadhya regrets fighting with Dimpy. Anupama tells Dolly not to create unnecessary drama, insisting it was an accident. However, Dolly persists, accusing Aadhya of pushing Dimpy. Anupama defends her daughter, saying that Aadhya didn’t do anything. Dolly remains adamant, saying that Aadhya pushed Dimpy into the fire and then pretended to save her after calling for help. Anupama challenges her to explain how much hatred she holds for her daughter.
Just then, some reporters appear at the window, taking pictures of Aadhya and asking questions about the fire. Sagar and Meenu reprimand them for invading their privacy.
The children, concerned, ask if Dimpy will recover. Bala Kaka reassures them that she will. The kids decide to write letters to God, praying for Dimpy’s recovery.
Dolly continues, claiming that Aadhya had been saying that if Dimpy went to Mumbai with Titu, he could stay with his grandmother and aunt. Anupama explains that children often talk like that. Dolly adds that Dimpy overheard and argued with Aadhya, leading to a physical altercation where oil spilled into the havan fire, and Aadhya pushed Dimpy. Kinjal has had enough, pointing out that if Aadhya had pushed Dimpy, she wouldn’t have been in the fire herself. She says, “You have a problem with Mummy, so why are you accusing the child?” Pakhi chimes in, calling Aadhya a “mannerless girl” and saying they all know Aadhya dislikes Dimpy and must have done this to hurt her. Anupama silences everyone, telling Titu that Aadhya would never harm anyone. Pakhi questions why, if Aadhya is so good, she forced her parents to stay apart. Anupama clarifies that it was due to another issue. Dolly continues to blame Aadhya, but Anupama insists it was an accident and urges everyone to pray for Dimpy’s recovery. Sagar calls the hospital, but no one answers. Indra ominously states that this fire could destroy relationships. Aadhya tries to call Anuj but can’t reach him. She wonders whether to call Anupama, but assumes she must already be worried. Dolly blames Anupama for not disciplining Aadhya.
The doctor arrives and asks everyone to leave if they want to continue arguing. Baa inquires about Dimpy’s condition. The doctor grimly states that her chances of survival are slim and that she is on a ventilator. Titu begs the doctor to save her, folding his hands in desperation. The doctor replies that for now, she is breathing, but they don’t know for how long. Only one family member can stay with her, and Titu insists on staying, asking the others to take care of Ansh. Anupama offers to stay, but Titu declines. Kinjal tries to comfort him. Anupama hugs him, and both cry.
Sagar gets a message from Kinjal that they’re returning home. Aadhya arrives and anxiously asks about Dimpy’s condition, insisting that she didn’t do anything wrong and was only trying to save Ansh. She worries that Anupama might suspect her and that Anuj won’t trust her either. Suddenly, they see Baa, Dolly, Kinjal, Pakhi, Toshu, and Anupama arriving home. Everyone asks about Dimpy. Dolly reveals that the doctor said Dimpy might not survive and once again accuses Aadhya.
