Anupama 30th September 2024 Written Update
The episode begins with Pandit ji telling Anupama and Anuj that they resemble Radha and Krishna and wishes that Kanha ji keeps their bond strong forever. Anupama expresses her gratitude. Pandit ji mentions that the malas are very auspicious, taken from the neck of the Kanha idol, and he felt compelled to give them the garland. He advises them to keep it as it will strengthen their relationship. Anupama agrees to keep it as a blessing from God. Anuj tells Pandit ji that they will wear it for each other. He adds that they cannot do it in front of everyone just yet. He puts the garland around Anupama’s neck and waits for her to do the same for him. Anupama hesitates, but Anuj takes her hand and helps her place the garland on him.
Dimpy questions Ansh about his excessive chocolate consumption, warning him that it will lead to cavities. Ansh retorts that she should say this with more affection. Dimpy inquires if Aadhya or Dadi is teaching him these things. Ansh defends both. Dimpy threatens to lock him in a room, but Aadhya arrives and tells Dimpy to leave Ansh alone. Dimpy scolds Aadhya instead. Aadhya takes Ansh’s hand, encouraging him to run to her if his Mummy scolds him again. Ansh professes his love for his fui, to which Aadhya responds with “I love you” as well.
Anuj tells Anupama that he wants to do something, hinting at filling her maang. Anupama tells him not to. Anuj insists that half of their marriage is done, and half remains. Anupama prays to Kanha ji about her uncertainty.
Kinjal returns home and thanks her friend Shekhar for the lift as he leaves. Toshu observes her happiness and asks about it. Kinjal mentions that Shekhar helped her secure a job at his company. Toshu expresses skepticism about her friend, implying he knows the type. Kinjal becomes defensive, stating that she doesn’t care about his opinion, only what Pari thinks of her. Toshu tells Pari to go inside, while Kinjal asserts that she lives in her Mummy’s house, not Toshu’s, and threatens to leave with Pari if necessary. Pari overhears their conversation, shocked.
Inside, Kinjal hugs Anupama and offers her advance salary. Anupama initially refuses, but Kinjal insists, calling her mother. Anupama agrees to take half and encourages Kinjal to keep the other half. Anupama questions Kinjal about staying with Toshu despite their broken relationship. Kinjal explains that her priority is Pari, who needs both parents, even if their marriage is over. Anupama acknowledges Kinjal’s maturity and praises her for not having tantrums like Toshu and Pakhi. She offers her blessings and support if Kinjal chooses to move on.
Later, the kids announce they will sleep in Aadhya’s room, excited for her stories. Anuj decides to stay and listen as well, but Anupama tells them it’s bedtime. Aadhya and the kids ask Anupama to sing a lullaby, which she does. Pakhi and Dimpy watch, feeling upset. Pakhi expresses that their mother is taking their children away from them, while Dimpy wishes Anupama would lose her happiness.
The next morning, Anupama prays for everyone’s happiness. Anuj enters and states he wants Anu, singing and dancing to the tune of “Main yahan hun…” This turns out to be Anupama’s imagination, causing her to blush as she wonders why she keeps envisioning Anuj. She checks her phone and receives a newspaper from Sagar, noticing a marriage advertisement. Bala and Nandita pass by, chatting. Anupama sees Anuj again and thinks he’s merely a figment of her imagination. He playfully teases her about seeing a handsome guy. Anupama shares the news about a job opportunity they received and congratulates Anuj. He thanks her, acknowledging her role in getting the opportunity. Anuj encourages her to agree to marry him, at least for #Maan.
