Anupama 28th October 2024 Written Update

The episode begins with a group of goons surrounding Aadhya. She firmly tells them not to touch her. Just then, someone strikes one of the goons. Aadhya faints. Anupama hopes for a fresh start with Aadhya. She enters the hall and notices Aadhya is missing. Assuming Aadhya must have gotten used to waking up early due to her work at the orphanage, she checks the open door and thinks Aadhya has gone out for exercise like her father. She prays to God, stating that Aadhya reminds her of Anuj and expresses her desire to call her Rahi. Anupama likes the name Rahi and reflects on how everyone here is a traveler. She steps outside to perform tulsi puja, asking the sun to rise. Hearing Kaveri shout, she inquires if her baby calf is alright. As she approaches, she discovers Aadhya asleep nearby. Grateful to Kaveri for informing her about her daughter, she wonders how Aadhya ended up there. Prem arrives and offers to explain. A flashback reveals what happened.

Prem picks up his jeep from the mechanic, who mentions he came at night to deliver it because he needs to return home. As Prem is about to leave, he overhears the goons teasing Aadhya and sees her scolding them. He rushes over and confronts the goons, reminding them that an alone girl is a responsibility, not an opportunity. He defends Aadhya, and in the struggle, she faints. He catches her and realizes she has a high fever as she murmurs about missing her father and feeling unable to live without him. While trying to bring her home, he notices a crowd outside and fears they might cause embarrassment. The flashback ends, and Prem explains that he was attempting to bring Aadhya home when he saw the gathering, which made him hesitate. He apologizes for interfering in their family matters the previous day and mentions that he brought Aadhya to the cowshed, covering her with a dupatta and placing a wet cloth on her forehead to help reduce her fever. He tells Anupama he waited outside all night. Anupama thanks him for reuniting her with her daughter. Prem requests that she not tell Aadhya he brought her there. Aadhya wakes up and questions Prem about his presence early in the morning. They engage in a heated exchange, and just then, Jigar Bhai arrives, showing Anupama the lock and asking her opinion. Anupama compliments it. Jigar Bhai explains that he had given Pakhi two days to pay rent, warning that he would lock Anu ki rasoi if the two months’ rent was not paid. He concludes with a cheerful “Jai Shree Krishna” and wishes everyone a happy Diwali in advance.

Toshu tells Anupama they lack the funds to pay the rent, reiterating his past advice against charity. Anupama questions Pakhi about not informing her regarding Jigar Bhai’s ultimatum. Pakhi claims she forgot, as the drama with Rahi unfolded. Kinjal points out that they still have time. Dolly suggests giving them some money. Toshu retorts, asking where the money is. Baa encourages Anupama to dip into her savings to pay the rent and to kickstart Anu ki rasoi, suggesting that more orders will come in for Diwali. Toshu agrees that it’s a good idea. Kinjal supports it as well. Dolly asserts that savings are meant for tough times. Baa insists Anupama make a cheque and confront Jigar. Anupama protests, saying she lacks funds. Toshu accuses her of doing charity. Pakhi asks her to explain. Anupama reveals she contributed money to save Rahi’s Ashram, stating that without her help, her daughter wouldn’t have returned. The family reacts in shock. Pakhi comments that Aadhya took ten lakhs to come home. This sparks a heated argument. Pari suggests using her savings to help since she doesn’t expect her mother to contribute. Kinjal advises against her interference. Mahi remarks that elders often speak up when they run out of arguments. Anupama insists that she knows everyone will suffer if Anu ki rasoi shuts down and vows to plead with Jigar Bhai for more time while working to secure additional orders to cover the rent. Toshu warns her it won’t be easy. Anupama counters that it’s not impossible. Kinjal interjects with sarcasm about her motivational speech. Anupama states that unlike others, she doesn’t taunt and reminds them it was her money, her savings, which she used to save Aadhya without fulfilling her own needs. She expresses that if she had to give 20, 30, or even 40 lakhs, she would have taken a loan because she would do anything for her daughter. Aadhya overhears this. Toshu tells her to take action. Baa highlights their numerous expenses. Aadhya considers their financial struggles.

Meanwhile, Pari, Mahi, and Ansh count their money, realizing they don’t have five thousand. Ansh expresses feeling like a burden to the family. Pari asks Ishu for money for rent, but Ishu declines, pointing out that since Anupama has done charity, she should figure out her own issues. Ansh asserts they must understand their responsibilities. Aadhya overhears their conversation and feels upset, reflecting on her orphanage children. Anupama gazes at the photo of Anuj and Aadhya, pondering her financial situation and how to resolve it. As she looks, her chain pendant falls onto the photo frame, stirring her emotions.
