Anupama 27th November 2024 Written Update
The episode begins with Prem asking Rahi to come, assuring her that he wasn’t lost in her thoughts. Rahi gets into his jeep and asks him to drive. Prem agrees and says, “Let’s go.” Mahi appears and asks them to stop. She insists on coming along, claiming she needs to go shopping too. Prem responds that they are going to the market for supplies, and they need the space for all the stuff. Mahi refuses to take no for an answer, stating she will come too. Both Prem and Rahi reject her request, with Prem explaining they need space, and Rahi saying they don’t have time for her bindi and bangles. They drive off.
Anupama ties a brooch to Rahi’s kurti, warning her that it might anger her if she sees it. Baa enters and comments that Anupama is trying to do Rahi’s work while hiding it from her. She goes on to express concern that even though Rahi is half-owner, she isn’t happy with it. Baa suggests sending her to Dwarka and writing letters to her to convince her, as she believes Rahi needs more attention. Anupama insists Toshu is content with her, but Baa remains unconvinced, hinting that one day Anupama will be hurt because of Rahi. Anupama disagrees, stating that her daughter will never go anywhere and they will soon understand that she isn’t bad-hearted.
Prem and Rahi buy supplies for Anu Ji Rasoi. Rahi asks him to place a box on her head, challenging the notion that only men should do such tasks. Prem finds himself falling for her again, admiring her new attitude. Rahi then talks to Prem about expanding Anu ki Rasoi, suggesting they can take it to greater heights, especially since so many households depend on it. She expresses her desire to expand, despite her issues with Anupama. Prem suggests she do it with Anupama’s blessings, but Rahi asks if he is truly with her. He agrees but on the condition that she follows company policies and doesn’t trouble Anupama or Toshu. They shake hands, and as they drive back, they collide heads. Rahi stops the car, irritated, but they share a playful moment as they talk about Bubbly’s comments. Prem teases her about having invisible horns, but she insists he be quiet.
Anupama, while talking to Mahi, notices her love for Prem. Mahi, trying to lighten the moment, asks if Anupama has lost her mind. Anupama scolds her gently about sitting out in the open with dengue in the city, and Mahi apologizes. She promises to always be there for Anupama, even stating she would take her along when she gets married. Anupama warns her that her future husband might not agree. Mahi playfully says she will find a man who would want to take Anupama with them, to which Anupama humorously questions where she would find such a person. Mahi leaves, and Anupama receives a call.
Back at home, Toshu introduces Kalpesh Bhai, who offers wholesale goods at a lower price than market rates. Kalpesh mentions that he knows Rahi is a half-owner and implies that Anupama overpays for goods. Toshu tries to explain to Rahi that cutting down on expenses is necessary. Kalpesh, pushing his products, suggests that Anupama’s stubbornness has kept Anu ki Rasoi stuck in the same place. Rahi becomes furious and tells him not to disrespect her mother. She warns him to stay in his limits or face the consequences, and everyone is taken aback. Anupama watches, deeply moved by her daughter’s defense.
Toshu questions Rahi about speaking so harshly, but Rahi explains that it was necessary. She scolds him for not standing up for his own mother. Toshu counters that due to Anupama’s insistence on paying higher prices, they have stagnated. Rahi stands firm, stating that she is not willing to compromise her self-esteem for profit. Anupama watches proudly, thinking her daughter is wonderful.
Rahi shares her ideas to expand the business, including new marketing strategies and additional menu options, but makes it clear she will not compromise on quality or safety. Anupama is emotional and proud. Mahi, however, feels conflicted, sensing Rahi’s more thoughtful side but still harboring reservations. Prem, smiling, tells Anupama that her daughter is like a wild fire. Anupama reflects on the ups and downs of motherhood, but her trust in her daughter grows stronger. Mahi’s expression, however, remains somber.
Rahi reflects on Kalpesh’s harsh words and questions why she reacted so strongly to his insults toward Anupama. Anupama feels a deep sense of happiness, knowing that her daughter has taken a step toward understanding her, not just as a mother, but as a person. She holds a thread in her hand, thinking that Rahi has taken her first step toward being close to her.
Toshu approaches Rahi to apologize for his earlier behavior, admitting his mistake. He says he will work on implementing his ideas, and Rahi encourages him to do so. He then explains that his mother hasn’t supported his ideas because she’s afraid of taking risks. He promises to share his ideas soon.
Rahi sits with Ansh, asking him to help her with digital marketing. She wants to understand how caterers successfully promote their businesses, as she knows the food business can be risky. Ansh takes out some materials and explains the basics of online promotion. Rahi diligently takes notes, while Mahi watches, unsure about her feelings towards Rahi.
Meanwhile, Anupama dances in the kitchen while cooking, and Prem joins her. They share a light moment dancing together. Anupama imagines dancing with Rahi, and in her mind, Prem dances with her instead. Janki behen suddenly arrives, delivering the news that Shrishti had an accident and is in critical condition. Prem and Anupama rush to help.
Mahi later approaches Ansh, questioning why he’s helping Rahi. Ansh replies that Rahi stood up for Anupama today, and he admires her for it. Mahi, skeptical, says Rahi was just acting, but Ansh encourages her not to be so judgmental. Mahi, conflicted, admits she loves Anupama deeply and then pauses, trailing off. Ansh presses her but she avoids the question and leaves.
Anupama and Prem bring Shrishti’s daughter, Radha, home after the accident. Prem tells Anupama to rest, as she donated blood earlier, and asks Radha to stay with him for a while. Anupama agrees and heads off to rest. Rahi, seeing Radha, asks her to smile so her mother will get better. She tells her that when kids smile, God is pleased and grants wishes. Radha smiles and wishes for her mother’s speedy recovery. Rahi assures her that Kanha ji will grant her wish, then shares an apple with her, making the little girl laugh as they play together.
