Dua tells Subhan to listen to Farhan first before marrying Mannat. He agrees to talk to Farhan but warns that if Ibadat is wrong again, everyone will have to cut ties with her. Mannat insists he shouldn’t listen to them. Subhan reassures her that he trusts her and then leaves with the family.

Ibadat brings Subhan and the others to Farhan’s room, urging him to tell the truth about how Mannat framed her. Dua promises to forgive him if he reveals the truth. Farhan attempts to speak but struggles. Mannat grows anxious. Farhan starts to say something but collapses before finishing. Ibadat screams for a doctor, who rushes in and checks Farhan, declaring him dead. Ibadat is devastated, believing he was her last hope. She pleads with the doctor to save him, but he states he doesn’t know what suddenly happened. Mannat accuses Ibadat of murder. Ibadat protests her innocence, asking why she would do such a thing. Mannat claims Ibadat was trying to sabotage her wedding with Subhan. Dua interjects, defending Ibadat. Subhan states that while Ibadat might not be a killer, she manipulates situations to her advantage. He asserts that he is going to marry Mannat despite Ibadat’s actions. He tries to leave with Mannat, but Dua urges him to stop, while Kaynaat declares that no one can stop them now. Ibadat agrees to let them go. Subhan departs with Mannat, leaving Ibadat in tears as she confides in Dua about her inability to protect her love. She requests some time alone, which Hamida respects, encouraging her not to lose hope. Dua offers her blessing as they exit with Hamida.

While leaving the hospital, Dua feels a presence and mentions she thought she saw Gazal. Hamida warns her not to speak her name, insisting she is part of their past. Dua insists she truly saw her, but Hamida reassures her that Gazal died years ago and they must move on. As they walk away, a woman watches them.

Sufi calls Kashaf while driving and criticizes her for planning to marry another woman when her brother already has a wife. He acknowledges it’s wrong but asks her to listen. She refuses and hangs up.

Subhan and Mannat begin their nikah again. The priest asks Mannat if she accepts Subhan as her husband, to which she responds with an affirmative. When the priest asks Subhan, he confidently says, “I do,” but just as he is about to repeat it, Ibadat interrupts, exclaiming no. Subhan shouts for her to leave, but she insists he is her husband and will not let the marriage proceed. She attempts to pull him away, but he firmly states he will not listen to anything against Mannat. Mannat asserts that no one can stop them from uniting. Ibadat claims he cannot marry Mannat as she is his wife. She argues it is a crime to have two wives at once. Subhan counters that their religion permits men to have multiple wives. Ibadat retorts that he is exploiting religion for his own gain and insists that his second marriage is illegal and against their faith. Mannat tells Ibadat to go away, but she remains adamant, refusing to allow her husband to be taken from her. Ibadat challenges the priest, asking if a man can marry two sisters simultaneously. The priest confirms that such a union is against their religion, declaring that this nikah will not be recognized. Subhan looks on, shocked.
