Anupama 23rd October 2024 Written Update
The episode starts with Anupama asking Aadhya if she truly understands what she is saying, questioning how she can blame her for Anuj’s death. Anupama explains that Anuj had an accident, the plane crashed, and she doesn’t see how she can be accused. Aadhya expresses her pain, saying she couldn’t meet her dad because of Anupama, insisting everything happened because of her. Anupama counters that she has also lost Anuj, stating that she loved both Aadhya and Anuj deeply and that she would have perished with Anuj had she been able to, but she is alive to meet her Choti one day. She acknowledges she cannot bring Anuj back but pleads with Aadhya to return home. She urges her to consider that if Anuj were to see them in this state, it would cause him immense pain. Anupama reminds Aadhya that he wanted their family to stay united, and that if they are together, Anuj would be happy. She insists that even God wants them to reunite, citing the coincidence of their meeting as a sign. Just then, the temple bell rings. Aadhya glances at Anupama’s locket. Anupama interprets the ringing as a sign from Dwarkadeesh, a message from Anuj. She begs Aadhya for another chance and to come home, offering to do sit-ups as a gesture to win her over. She adds that Ansh cries for Aadhya daily, having lost both his mother and aunt in one day. Anupama stresses that if they stay together, it will bring happiness to Anuj’s spirit.
Meanwhile, Gagwani’s men are throwing things down. A child remarks that if Rahi Didi were present, this chaos wouldn’t have occurred. Bubbly mentions that Rahi isn’t answering her calls. Aadhya folds her hands and prepares to leave. Anupama, in tears, asks her not to go, desperately calling out to Anuj to express her inability to bring his daughter back.
Dolly urges Toshu to inform Anupama, warning that if he doesn’t, Janki will. Pakhi informs Baa that Ishu messaged her, saying she is fine but couldn’t connect due to poor network. Baa expresses concern, advising that Ishu shouldn’t be sent alone again. Mahi gathers everyone to share good news, announcing that she has spoken to Anudi, who confirmed that Choti has been found. Toshu expresses disbelief, while Mahi shares her joy that Ansh and Anudi will be bringing Choti home. Pari hugs Mahi in excitement, and they rush to tell Babu ji.
Pakhi finds it all too dramatic that Mummy found Choti in that way. Dolly suggests Anupama might be misunderstanding something. Pakhi speculates that the girl could be deceiving her. Baa cautions that Choti Anu’s return could spell trouble. Dolly hopes Choti isn’t truly returning.
Aadhya arrives at the river, contemplating taking a step forward. Prem appears, grasping her hand. He gently moves her hair from her face, expressing his fear and concern for her. He acknowledges their love for each other and encourages her to confront Anupama for closure rather than running away. Aadhya walks away, with the song “Jab se tere naina” playing in the background.
Baa voices her concern that if Choti Anu is coming back, it means trouble is brewing. Pakhi advises Kinjal to avoid getting too attached to Pari, suggesting they keep Ishu and Pari apart. Kinjal responds nonchalantly, stating she’ll be at the office most of the time and that they’ll have to deal with it. Dolly appears worried.
Ansh approaches Anupama, who tells him that Choti has been found but harbors resentment towards her. Ansh eagerly asks where she is, insisting on going to see her. Anupama agrees to take him. Meanwhile, Pari and Mahi are thrilled at the prospect of their group being complete again. Pari thinks Ansh will be overjoyed. Kinjal tells Pari to focus on her studies and not to get emotionally involved with Aadhya, leaving the conversation feeling puzzled.
Anupama and Ansh arrive at the orphanage, but Gagwani’s men lock the Ashram. Anupama inquires about the whereabouts of the children, and Gagwani informs her that he vacated the place since they didn’t pay him. Ansh receives a call from Toshu, who alerts Anupama about issues at the workshop. Anupama asks for details, and Toshu explains that a significant order was returned due to complaints about food quality, causing her alarm. Anupama, worried, tells Ansh they must leave quickly but is troubled by how to go without Choti. She laments that Choti isn’t ready to leave, pondering her next steps.
Bubbly questions Aadhya about her whereabouts, mentioning her numerous calls. Vyas expresses his frustration at their situation, but Aadhya insists she will retrieve the keys. Vyas warns that if they don’t pay Gagwani 10 lakhs today, they will lose the Ashram. Aadhya worries about where she will take the children, envisioning a dire future of begging and hardship for them. Determined, she resolves that no matter what, her kids will not end up on the streets. She washes her face and vows to find a way to save her Ashram, even if it means resorting to drastic measures.
Anupama prays to Dwarkadeesh, asking not to return empty-handed. Aadhya approaches an event organizer, offering to dance at his events. However, he informs her that there are no opportunities since Navratri is over. She spots a guy and considers stealing money with a knife but ultimately drops it, questioning whether she wants to become a criminal and the consequences of jail. Desperate for guidance, she sees a pamphlet with “Maa” printed on it and rushes toward Anupama. Anupama exclaims Choti’s name and extends her arms. Aadhya acknowledges that Anupama’s wish has been granted, stating she offered a peacock feather at the temple to fulfill her prayer. Aadhya announces she is ready to go to Ahmedabad with her but lays down a condition: Anupama must save her Ashram. She asserts that the Ashram and its children mean everything to her, asking Anupama to agree to her terms or never come before her again.
