Anupama 18th November 2024 Written Update

The episode starts with Prem telling Anupama that he will remove the glass piece. Baa asks Aadhya where she is going. Aadhya responds that if it had been caused by her, she would have cleaned it up. Prem says he will clean it, as anyone could get hurt. Aadhya agrees and starts picking up the glass pieces from the floor. Prem bandages Anupama’s foot. Mahi thinks to herself that Prem is such a good person; her world was only Anudi until now, but now he’s part of it too. Her world feels complete. Mahi approaches Ansh and asks him about his sudden change of mood. Ansh says that yesterday he was competing with everyone, but today he’ll be cheering for his sisters. He explains that his mood was off yesterday, but now he’s recharged. Mahi asks if he made it for Prem. He responds that he doesn’t make it for outsiders.

Pari comes in and calls everyone over. Everyone gathers, wondering what happened. Pari says she can’t compete today because her model got food poisoning and won’t be able to make it. She asks who will wear her designed dress now. Kinjal suggests calling any model she knows. Pari says she doesn’t know any and that she found this model through social media. Toshu asks Ishu to contact her model friends. Ishu agrees. Pakhi remarks that they will probably ask for money. Kinjal says Pakhi won’t let Ishu help. Pakhi says that they might get insecure about Rahi, but not about Pari. Kinjal asks if Pari can’t win. Pakhi responds, “Never.” Kinjal says Ishu can’t win. The two start arguing. Aadhya thinks to herself that despite the kids growing up, they still fight like this. Anupama steps in and asks everyone to stop crying. Pari turns to Anupama, asking what she should do since she has no model. Anupama tells her there’s one supermodel she knows. Pari asks who. Anupama points to herself in the mirror. Mahi says it’s perfect. Ansh adds that no one can be a cuter model than her. Anupama tells her to show her talent and confidence and to carry the dress in a way that will amaze everyone. Mahi suggests she do the ramp walk. Kinjal and Toshu object. Anupama counters that people should realize that beauty isn’t just about weight. Kinjal asks if she wants people to laugh at her. Anupama responds that it’s time to change people’s mindsets and adds that Kinjal herself once said, “My body, my rules.”

Pari decides she will participate and not give up without trying, or she’ll regret it later. Anupama encourages her. Kinjal tells Anupama that if anything goes wrong, she will be blamed. Anupama wishes the best for Pari, Mahi, Rahi, Ishu, and Prem in the second round. Aadhya watches them and walks away.

During the Gujarati Superstar Round 2, Pari’s turn comes after everyone else. Dolly says, “Let’s see how Pari does.” Kinjal looks worried. The anchor calls Pari to the stage. Mahi and Aadhya approach her as she struggles to zip up her dress. Aadhya rushes over to help her with the zipper. Pari thanks her and asks if she looks good. Aadhya assures her that she looks amazing. Mahi tells Aadhya to express her emotions more clearly. Aadhya jokes that as long as she’s in a bad mood, Mahi’s place is secure, but if her mood changes, Mahi will know how much love Anudi has for her. Pari steps onto the stage, and the family cheers for her. The audience comments on her dress. Ansh cheers loudly for her. Suddenly, her zipper bursts open. The crowd gasps. Anupama and Aadhya rush to the stage to cover Pari with their dupattas and pallus. People begin recording the incident. Anupama tells them to stop recording. The anchor asks the audience to delete any recordings they’ve made. Anupama and Aadhya escort Pari off the stage.

Kinjal and Toshu begin blaming Pari. Kinjal says it was Anupama’s idea to humiliate Pari in public. Toshu also blames Anupama. In the green room, Anupama asks everyone to turn off their phones for a while. Pari is in tears, worried that her video will go viral. Anupama comforts her, assuring her that everything will be okay. She remarks that it’s unfortunate how people enjoy making fun of others, without any sympathy or humanity. Ishu says it’s common; people do this for likes and views. Anupama looks at her, disappointed. Ansh tells Pari that people will forget about it in a few minutes. Pari counters that she will always be remembered as the girl with a wardrobe malfunction. She explains that such scandals are hard to forget. Anupama reassures her, saying that people forget quickly, and urges her to become even more successful so that the scandal will be forgotten. She reminds her that nothing really happened and that she and Rahi handled it.

Kinjal tells Anupama to stop giving fake sympathy and lectures. Toshu joins in, accusing Anupama of suggesting the ramp walk idea. Kinjal says Pari’s respect has been ruined because of Anupama. She asks Anupama if it was her and Rahi’s plan to cause the wardrobe malfunction. Aadhya is surprised. Mahi says she helped Pari with the zipper. Aadhya clarifies that there was little time before the stage announcement, so she helped. She explains that she rushed to assist, and if Mahi had been worried, she could have helped too. Mahi says Aadhya was in such a rush to sabotage everything. Aadhya replies that everyone has gone mad and desperate since the competition began.

Pakhi accuses Aadhya of causing the zipper malfunction. Aadhya says she knows how to damage a zipper and asks Pakhi if she wants to try it herself. Aadhya also blames Pakhi for not arranging a model for Pari. Ishu joins in and accuses Aadhya as well. Aadhya challenges her to try and make the zipper malfunction. Kinjal starts suspecting Ishu too, saying she might have been involved. Ishu is taken aback. Kinjal says it’s as if everyone is trying to humiliate others, and she wonders if it was either Ishu or Mahi who did it. Mahi snaps that everyone is blaming her for no reason, but she insists she didn’t do anything. Anupama intervenes and tells everyone to stop arguing. She asks them to focus on supporting Pari, not fighting among themselves. She tells them to understand the difference between a conspiracy and an accident. She tells Kinjal that Pari is like a daughter to them and asks how anyone could intentionally harm their sister. She asks Pakhi not to discriminate between the kids. Toshu criticizes Anupama for letting Pari participate. Anupama asks if she should have locked Pari at home instead. She defends her decision, saying everyone should have the chance to shine on stage.

Kinjal questions Pari’s ability to handle such situations. Anupama firmly disagrees, saying that everyone deserves to come on stage, and that they may not have wealth to offer but can give them confidence and pride. Anupama tells Mahi it’s wrong to accuse someone without proof. Baa tells Anupama that her daughter has been humiliated, and that everything that happened is because of Rahi. Toshu and Kinjal leave. Pakhi takes Ishu with her. Ansh and Mahi lead Pari away. Anupama calls Aadhya and says she trusts her completely but adds that even 1 percent of doubt can make her unsure. Aadhya responds, “Thank you, but if you don’t trust me, why should I try to prove myself right?” Anupama is hurt and says she’s a mother, but that doesn’t mean she will blindly believe everyone. She explains that she’s doing this for Aadhya’s sake, and that truth needs to be proven in this world. Aadhya thanks her again, saying that when she’s considered wrong, there’s no point in trying to make things right.
