After taking the medicine, Aadhya hugs him, crying as she apologizes and reassures him not to think poorly of her. Ansh encourages her to get well soon. Anupama prays that their bond remains strong. Aadhya asks Ansh if he believes she’s wrong, and he shakes his head. She confesses her love for him. Ansh expresses sadness over his Mummy leaving after Dadu, to which Aadhya promises to always be with him and never abandon him. Anupama reflects on Anuj’s absence, wishing for them to be together for Dussera and other celebrations, uncertain about what the morning will bring. Aadhya hopes everything will be alright and that everyone will see her as innocent. Titu packs his belongings, informing Baa that he is heading to Mumbai. He asks Baa to look after Ansh for a few days and reassures her that he will return to take him back. He mentions that he’s not in the right state to care for Ansh at the moment. Baa agrees. Anupama observes the situation quietly.
Dolly, Toshu, and Pakhi discuss their plans for the morning. Titu gazes at Ansh and his photograph. Aadhya enters, sharing that she has made a card for Dimpy. She emphasizes her innocence, and Titu affirms that he knows her values are not those of a wrongdoer. He asks her to take care of Ansh until he returns, expressing his need for time away but assuring her that he can’t live without them. Aadhya thanks him for believing in her and hugs him. Anupama lights a diya and remarks that today is Dussehra, suggesting they light a diya in Dimpy’s memory. Suddenly, the inspector arrives with constables, prompting Anupama to greet them and inquire about their visit. The inspector explains they are investigating Dimpy’s murder case. Anupama insists it was an accident, but the inspector informs her that a complaint has been filed against Aadhya Kapadia. Anupama asks who filed the complaint, and Dolly responds that they did. Anupama checks on Dolly’s well-being, but Dolly asserts that Aadhya is not well and calls her a murderer, urging the inspector to take action. Anupama insists it was an accident, but Dolly claims Aadhya pushed Dimpy into the fire. The inspector asks to question Aadhya Kapadia, and Anupama tries to explain that Aadhya is just a small girl who is sleeping. Pakhi insists that Aadhya can wake up, and Dolly offers to wake her. Anupama warns Dolly against that. She tells the inspector that while he can inquire, he will find nothing. He asks what if something is discovered, and Anupama vows to take her daughter to the police station herself. Aadhya overhears this and is shocked. Anupama emphasizes that regardless of who it is—Toshu, Pakhi, or her Choti—if they are wrong, she will hold them accountable. Aadhya hears these words and feels anxious as she recalls Pakhi’s provocation and Anuj’s support of Anupama. She worries, thinking, “I didn’t push Dimpy, but who will believe me?” She fears that Dolly will be seen as the credible witness and that her mother won’t support her.
Anupama pleads with the inspector, asking him to understand as a woman and pointing out that the doctor advised Aadhya to avoid stress. She requests some time before taking Aadhya to the police station, especially since her father is not there. Toshu reminds her that they are police officers, not recovery agents, while Pakhi insists they should call Aadhya. The inspector reiterates the request to call Aadhya Kapadia. Anupama agrees, thinking to herself that she knows her daughter could never do anything wrong. She heads to Aadhya’s room, only to find her missing. Anupama calls out for her and then tells the inspector that Aadhya isn’t home. Pakhi suggests she might have run away, and Dolly declares that if Aadhya has escaped, it implies guilt. Anupama angrily responds, questioning their mentality. She tries to call Anuj, but his number is unreachable, assuming he might be on a flight.
Meanwhile, Ankush serves coffee to Anuj, who takes a sip and begins to feel drowsy. Ankush smiles at his brother’s state. Back at home, Anupama desperately searches for Aadhya, wondering if she got scared seeing the police and fled. Aadhya hides in fear, while Anupama pleads with her to come out, assuring her that she is not alone. Aadhya is in tears as the inspector asks his constables to check a specific area. Anupama pleads with folded hands, begging Aadhya to return. She approaches the inspector, discussing something in hushed tones. Aadhya, feeling abandoned, longs for her father, thinking he would understand and believe in her when no one else seems to. She reflects on her mother’s words, realizing she’s not being believed, and worries about the consequences if her father sides with her mother.
