Advocate Anjali Awasthi 5th November 2024 Written Update
Anjali sobs as she recalls the humiliation inflicted upon her by Raghav’s team and his supporters in the courthouse. Inspector Pankaj approaches her, stating that he needs her assistance regarding Padma’s case. Anjali replies that she cannot help him, as advocate Awasthi is deceased. Pankaj questions whether it is Ganesh Awasthi’s daughter speaking and claims he has proof that his subordinate wasn’t at the police station when the general diary was created. Anjali responds that it doesn’t matter to her. He asks if she will not assist Padma at least. Anjali explains that her priority is her father’s treatment and recounts how Raghav and his team wrecked her practice table and typewriter, while Yuvraj humiliated her by giving her a begging bowl, suggesting she beg for her livelihood.
Pankaj continues to press her, but Anjali remains steadfast. He walks away, saying that one day she will change her mind and choose to support vulnerable women like Padma. Anjali cries, feeling helpless. A man approaches her, asking if she is in need of a job. She replies affirmatively. He tells her about a position available at a law firm and hands her the card of its owner, Pramod Tiwari. Anjali expresses her gratitude. Meanwhile, Yuvraj’s friend contacts him, reporting that his associate completed the task. Yuvraj smugly remarks that Anjali is unaware that Pramod Tiwari is merely a servant in his law firm.
Vaibhav enters the dining area where his family is having lunch. Nandini invites him to join them. Vaibhav states that he first wants to teach Ginni’s mother a lesson for insulting his motherly-like Nandini bhabhi by returning the salary money and giving an extra 100 rupees for Diwali sweets. Nivedita and Radhika join in, saying that Sapna should be reprimanded for agreeing to work as a maid and then arrogantly rejecting the payment. Vaibhav mentions another girl was present with Sapna. Ginni insists that her mother was alone.
Vaibhav calls over the catering staff, who testifies that there was indeed a young girl with the maid who wore a waitress uniform and served liquor. Ginni warns Vaibhav not to refer to her mother as a maid and insists that only her mother attended. Abhay accuses her of lying and suggests they check the corridor’s CCTV footage. He accesses the footage, but Ginni snatches the phone and deletes it. Vaibhav insists on calling Sapna directly.
Nandini dials Sapna’s number. Anjali answers the call. Nandini asks if she is Ginni’s mother. Anjali replies no. Nandini then inquires if she is Ginni’s sister. Anjali, nervously blabbering, struggles to respond. Nandini asks if she was with Sapna when she returned the salary and gave a 100 rupee tip. Ginni snatches the phone and threatens Anjali to deny the accusations. Nandini warns Ginni to behave herself.
