Raghav asks Sapna to work as a maid in his house. Sapna inquires about what Samdhiji is saying. Raghav warns her not to call him Samdhiji, as he does not associate with beggars and the poor. He offers her ₹15,000 to work as a maid in place of Padma for 12 hours a day. Ginni takes the phone and suggests that Sapna work as a maid in her house since she can’t give her money for free and insists that she has to earn it. Sapna repeats, “Maid?” Anjali takes the phone and scolds Ginni for asking her mother to work as a maid. In response, Sapna slaps Anjali, venting out Ginni’s frustrations on her.

Aman offers money to Anjali’s friends and instructs them to inform Anjali that they sold her scooter. Ramesh Bhai Patel observes this and praises Aman, saying that he reminds him of his own love story and gets emotional.

Anjali gives money to Sapna, claiming she got it from selling her scooter. Sapna again vents her frustration on Anjali, stating that she needs more money for her father’s treatment, that she is tired of Anjali, and that she will arrange Anjali’s marriage to someone to stop her practice. She expresses a desire to prevent Anjali from supporting Padma and even wishes for Padma to die. Ramesh enters and confronts her about her differential treatment towards Anjali. He tries to reason with her and requests that she allow Anjali to fight for Padma, describing several legal sections. Ganesh experiences a panic attack upon hearing this. Anjali and Sapna work to calm him down. Sapna then tells Ramesh to stop interfering in Anjali’s life. Ramesh offers to financially support them, but Sapna refuses.

Ginni calls Sapna again, urging her to come home soon and start working as a maid since guests will be visiting today. Sapna asks if Ginni wants her mother to work as a maid. Ginni reminds her that she disowned her and promised to support Anjali instead, so she is no longer her mother.
