Abhay waits for Anjali in her neighborhood and asks one of her friends to deliver his gifts to her when she arrives. The friend questions why he doesn’t hand them to her himself and asks for his name. Abhay responds that he needs to leave and introduces himself as Abhay. After he departs, Anjali walks by. Her friend gives her Abhay’s gifts and informs her that a man left them for her. Anjali inquires about his name, and the friend replies, “Abhay.” Memories of Abhay confessing his love for her and Ginni’s plea to spare her husband flood her mind. In a fit of anger, she throws the gifts away and storms off.
Anjali arrives at the police station with Padma and explains to Inspector Pankaj how Yuvraj and his goons attempted to kill her and kidnap Padma. Pankaj asks why she didn’t bring Yuvraj in. Anjali replies that her main objective is to defeat Raghav; Yuvraj will end up in jail regardless. She then calls Raghav, informing him that his son Yuvraj had barged into her area with his goons, trying to kill her and abduct Padma. Raghav is taken aback and asks if she has brought Yuvraj to the police station. Anjali answers no, asserting that Yuvraj will go to jail once she defeats Raghav. She challenges him, saying she will make him forget what the case premises look like and will ensure he feels ashamed for supporting a molester who continues to commit crimes. Nandini overhears the conversation and asks who was on the phone. Raghav responds, “Anjali. She just informed me that Yuvraj attempted to kill her and kidnap Padma but failed. Anjali didn’t arrest Yuvraj because her target is me, not him. There must be something missing.”
Abhay returns home, and Ginni asks if he managed to meet Anjali. He replies that he didn’t, but had he met his lady love, he would have told her that he loves her, not her sister. Ginni angrily reminds him, “She is your wife!” Abhay expresses how much he despises her. Nandini steps in, supporting Ginni, and Vaibhav joins in her defense. Ginni warns Abhay that if he doesn’t change, she will destroy their family while she tries to save it. The drama escalates, and Ginni storms off. Abhay voices his disappointment to his mother for not understanding him. Nivedita asks Nandini why she puts up with Ginni’s nonsense. Nandini declares that once Yuvraj is cleared of all charges, she will show Ginni her true place.
