Inspector Pankaj’s subordinate, Vidyuth Kashyap, deceives him by claiming that Yuvraj had indeed recorded his statement in a GD/diary. Pankaj expresses his disbelief, sensing that a conspiracy is afoot. Just then, Anjali enters and asserts that there is definitely a conspiracy in play. She scolds Vidyuth and instructs Pankaj to retrieve the diary. After examining the diary, she points out to Pankaj that he should notice something unusual. She then dismisses Vidyuth and highlights that a different pen was used to write Yuvraj’s complaint in a very small space, indicating that it’s a backdated entry meant to protect Yuvraj.
Raghav contacts Anjali, taunting her that she must realize she can never outsmart him and labeling her a failure like her father. Anjali cautions him not to get too confident, as she has prepared to surprise him in the next hearing. Raghav presses for details, but Anjali hangs up. Raghav tells Bhajan that Anjali must have found a significant clue. Vidyuth then calls Bhajan, informing him about Anjali discovering the diary manipulation, and passes this information on to Raghav. Ginni walks by, and Raghav reminds her that she failed to stop Anjali from reaching the court. Ginni responds that it’s impossible.
Anjali calls Ginni to reprimand her for sending goons to prevent her from reaching the court. Padma enters as Ginni and Raghav shout at her, questioning her audacity to return. Padma explains that Anjali’s mother sent her back with instructions to return all the bribe Ginni gave her, along with a message that Anjali will win the case for her. Ginni then calls Anjali back, challenging her that her father-in-law will ruin her in court while she will undermine her outside of it.
Stuck in traffic, Anjali is approached by a cleaning boy. She warns him not to touch her vehicle, insisting that she won’t give him a penny. The boy claims he will get 10 rupees from her for sure today and reveals that he recorded the goons attacking her. He transfers the clip to her mobile and points out the location of the goon. When the goon sees Anjali and tries to flee, she apprehends him, threatening to pour hot water on him, and records his confession that Chandrabhan hired him to kill her.
Upon returning home with the clip, Anjali plans to submit it in court. Ganesh comes home and warns her that Raghav is devious and will easily manipulate evidence, just as he did in the past. He advises her to remain vigilant to ensure she secures a win.
