Ginni asks Sapna to work at her house as a maid if she wants money for Ganesh’s treatment. Sapna retorts by asking if Ginni wants her mother to serve as a maid instead. Ginni responds that because of her, she lost her husband; as far as she is concerned, she is no longer her mother. Hence, if Sapna wants money, she should come and serve her guests today. Sapna realizes she must work to earn money for Ganesh’s treatment. Anjali overhears and decides to accompany her for support.

Raghav’s family wishes him a happy Diwali and seeks his blessings. The party begins at his house. Raghav inquires about the fireworks. Nivedita informs him that there will be a special dance performance today. Sapna enters quietly. Vaibhav asks for sweets and refreshments. The family notices Sapna’s presence. Raghav calls her a maid and scolds her for arriving late. Anjali observes from a corner, hiding her face. Nandini humiliates Sapna and instructs her to get to work. Vaibhav urges Raghav to give her a month’s salary. Nandini hands Sapna a month’s salary and mentions she could earn tips if she performs well. Nivedita suggests she should give tips right away. Nandini hands over a bundle of money along with tips to Sapna.

Raghav and Abhay confront Ginni for allowing her mother to be insulted. Ginni insists that as a daughter-in-law, it is her duty to support her in-laws. Vaibhav suggests they should begin the party. Radhika announces the dance performance. The Rajput family girls and Aman perform a dance to the Shehnai song. Anjali approaches Sapna. Sapna questions what she is doing there. Anjali replies that she came to help her for their father’s sake. She adds that when the problem is because of her, she should face the humiliation, not Sapna.
