Advocate Anjali Awasthi 16th September 2024 Written Update
Chandrabhan’s goon points a gun at Anjali, but she quickly grabs a spanner from her friend and fiercely beats the goons. The crowd soon joins in, overpowering and beating the goons. Anjali delivers her usual bold remarks and marches towards the court, ready to challenge Raghav, Chandrabhan, and Yuvraj. Meanwhile, Sapna confronts Ganesh, upset that he didn’t step in to help Anjali when she was attacked. She questions what kind of a man doesn’t protect his wife and daughter. Ganesh defends himself, explaining that he had warned Anjali not to get involved with Raghav Singh Rajput. He reminds her that Raghav ruined his legal career and humiliated him in court, and he doesn’t want Anjali to face the same fate.
Ginni calls Ganesh to invite him to her aarti ceremony. Sapna grabs the phone and confronts Ginni, asking what both sisters are up to. She expresses how much their actions have troubled their parents. Ginni responds, saying that while Anjali is trying to destroy her in-laws, she’s working to protect them. Ginni warns that if Anjali tries to ruin her marriage, she will fight back, as her husband Abhay still loves Anjali. Sapna, torn between her children, blesses Ginni, wishing her happiness, and then breaks down in tears on Ganesh’s shoulder.
Dressed in bridal attire, Padma remembers Mehak’s harsh words, telling her that Yuvraj doesn’t love her and is only marrying her to avoid jail. Mehak had cursed Padma to live in unhappiness, accusing her of stealing her joy. Mehak confronts Padma again, but Padma, feeling trapped, calls Anjali, begging for her help. Padma fears that Yuvraj will harm her after their marriage. Anjali reassures her that she will protect her and advises her to follow her instructions carefully. Hearing a shank sound in the background, Anjali asks what’s happening, and Padma explains that it might be Ginni’s aarti ceremony starting.
Nandini and the other women head toward the door to perform Ginni’s aarti. However, Gaurav steps in and stops them, insisting they shouldn’t support wrongdoing. His nieces plead with him to allow them to perform the aarti, arguing that they are protecting Raghav’s honor. Gaurav refuses, but Ginni enters and scolds him for interfering. She threatens to leave if Gaurav continues to oppose her. With the family siding with Ginni, Vaibhav asks Nivedita to take Gaurav to his room. Defeated, Gaurav reluctantly walks away.
