Sapna informs Anjali that she is stepping out to get Ganesh’s medicine and asks her to hang the washed clothes on the rope for drying. Anjali agrees and gets busy with her work. While she’s occupied, Aman sneaks into the house and lovingly watches Anjali. Without a word, he starts hanging the clothes on the rope. When Anjali finishes her task and notices the clothes already hanging, she’s surprised. Spotting Aman, she demands to know what he’s doing. Aman seizes the moment to confess his love for her. Anjali, however, shuts him down and ridicules him, but Aman refuses to give up and continues flirting with her. She threatens to take him to court and press charges against him, but Aman cheekily replies that he’s willing to go to court with her—if she agrees to be with him.
Meanwhile, Ginni asks Kamala to pick out a sari for her to wear for the aarti ceremony. Kamala coldly ignores her. Feeling slighted, Ginni insults her and calls Nandini, Nivedita, and Radhika over. When they arrive, Ginni complains that Kamala is refusing to help her pick a sari for the ceremony. Nivedita, fed up, tells Ginni to cut the drama and stop taking advantage of their kindness. Ginni then threatens them, saying she’ll ask Padma not to marry Yuvraj, adding that she has the power to build up or destroy someone’s household.
Just then, Aman receives a call from Kavya. Anjali encourages him to answer, and when he does, she snatches the phone and tells Kavya that Aman is with her, trying to propose to her. She chastises Aman for having a girlfriend and still pursuing her. Kavya, confused, asks Aman who the girl is and where he is. Aman bluntly tells Kavya that he doesn’t love her and will never marry her, as his heart belongs to Anjali. He then turns to Anjali and declares that he will marry only her. Just then, Sapna returns home and, seeing Aman, offers him some juice. Aman declines, saying he won’t even drink water in their house until Anjali accepts his proposal, and he leaves.
Back at Ginni’s place, Nandini advises Kamala to choose a sari for Ginni, fearing that Ginni might cause trouble for their household if they don’t comply. Abhay arrives home, and Ginni suggests that Nandini perform their aarti that evening, after which they will leave for their honeymoon. Abhay, however, refuses to participate in the aarti, making it clear that he doesn’t love Ginni at all. Ginni, undeterred, vows that she will make him fall in love with her, no matter what it takes.
