Chirag hands Deepika’s medical reports to Lavanya and tells her that Deepika can become a mother. Prithvi congratulates Deepika, stating that she was perfect even before the reports and remains so now. Neelima, Omkar, and Ashutosh apologize to Deepika for not supporting her earlier. Deepika reassures them not to worry, expressing that she only desires her family’s love and that she has been in a dilemma herself. Omkar wipes her tears and tells her that they all want her trust. Lavanya walks away with a frown. Deepika receives a call and leaves the house.
Deepika visits the minister’s office, feeling conflicted, and meets with the minister. He mentions that he reads all her daily letters and compliments her flower decorations at a recent party. He asks her to do the flower decorations for his daughter’s wedding. Deepika agrees and requests him to grant the contract to the Mittals.
Upon returning home, Deepika organizes a pooja. Lavanya expresses her anger, but Omkar manages to convince her. Mishka enters and attempts to speak to Deepika, but Deepika brushes her off, stating that she doesn’t want to talk. The minister arrives, surprising Omkar and Ashutosh. Ashutosh explains that he was trying to reach the minister through his secretary since the contract file had been damaged. The minister reveals that he is there because of Deepika; she had been sending petitions requesting another chance for the Mittal group. He shares that she accepted a personal flower decoration contract without any fees in exchange for the main contract, and thus he is pleased to announce that the ministry has approved a 100 crore contract for the Mittal group. The Mittals rejoice at this news.
The minister attends the pooja. Deepika serves prasad to her family and asks Lavanya to give her prasad from her hands, as she wished for a baby soon. She bends down to take Lavanya’s blessings. Lavanya initially hesitates but then offers her prasad, blessing Deepika that God fulfills her wish and she soon carries a Mittal family heir in her lap. Deepika beams with joy upon hearing this and accepts the prasad, while Mishka watches in jealousy.
The next morning, Deepika prepares breakfast for the family with Jahnvi. Neelima and Ashutosh arrive next, and Deepika seeks their blessings. Omkar, Prithvi, and Chirag follow shortly after. Deepika instructs Jahnvi to serve breakfast to Prithvi. Ashutosh mentions he has planned a honeymoon trip to a resort for both Deepika and Chirag, as well as for Prithvi and Jahnvi. Deepika points out that Chirag needs to go to the hospital, but Chirag insists he can take a leave for her. Prithvi says he can’t join and walks away. Chirag approaches him, acknowledging that he knows Prithvi is upset about his marriage. Prithvi admits his frustration stems from his unrequited love. Chirag expresses hope that Jahnvi treats Prithvi well after his and Deepika’s warnings, then comforts Prithvi and convinces him to join the trip. Prithvi informs Ashutosh that he is now ready for the trip.
Chirag takes leave from work. Mishka, learning about the trip, feels envious of Deepika. Deepika warns Jahnvi to treat Prithvi well. The four of them leave together in a car, with Mishka following them.
