Deepika confronts Mishka about faking her medical report and misleading her into believing she is infertile. She questions why Mishka misused her trust. Just then, Chirag walks in and asks what’s happening, if everything is alright. Deepika replies no, insisting that his friend must explain why she lied to her. Mishka suggests they should go home to discuss it, but Deepika insists they speak right now. Mishka leads her to her cabin.
Meanwhile, Jahnvi returns home. Lavanya notices her dull demeanor and asks if she is okay. Jahnvi replies that she is fine. Lavanya spots fingerprints on her hand and inquires about how they got there. Jahnvi lies, claiming she slipped in the bathroom and fell against a towel rod. Prithvi walks by, and Lavanya asks him to take care of Jahnvi, suggesting that if she had gone to Delhi with him, she would have been fine. Prithvi assures her that he is taking good care of her. Once Lavanya leaves, Prithvi tells Jahnvi that he respects her wishes and would never force himself on her. Jahnvi tries unsuccessfully to stop him.
In Mishka’s room, Deepika tells Mishka that she had her tested at two different labs and by two different doctors, both of whom confirmed that she is fertile. She questions how Mishka could fake her report and lie to her. Mishka claims it was a lab error. Deepika points out that Mishka personally went to collect the report and questions her credibility as a doctor, expressing concern for the women under Mishka’s care. She warns Mishka to stay away from her, her family, and her home from now on, before walking away. Chirag then confronts Mishka about her lies and warns her to keep her distance from his wife, personal issues, and family. Once he leaves, Mishka grins and resolves to eliminate Deepika from Chirag’s life at any cost, insisting that Chirag belongs to her alone.
Deepika visits Yashwant and informs him that he was right—she is fertile. Yashwant reminds her that he advised her not to trust Mishka. Chirag enters the room, and Yashwant questions him about how he could trust the report and let Deepika suffer. Chirag apologizes and promises to genuinely protect her. He then takes Deepika home, but Lavanya stops her, stating she will not allow her inside the house. Chirag asks what would happen if he were the one who was infertile. Lavanya insists that is a different matter and continues to accuse Deepika of stealing Chirag. Chirag asserts that he went to Deepika and married her against her will. He recalls the many times Deepika has helped their family and finally reveals that Deepika is indeed fertile, handing Lavanya the reports. She stands shocked as she reads the results.
