Chirag tells Deepika that he has something important to share with her. Noticing his nervousness, Deepika encourages him to speak up. Chirag struggles to find the words. Deepika reassures him, saying she trusts him completely. Gathering his courage, he steps out of the car and reveals that Jahnvi has been following him from the very beginning, detailing all the incidents. Deepika stands in shock. Chirag insists that he has never liked Jahnvi and has tried to show Deepika his love, but Jahnvi continues to pursue him. Deepika asks him to take her to her father’s house and return to the hospital. He helps her into the car.
Meanwhile, Yashwant waits for Mishka at the hospital and inquires with a nurse about when he can meet Dr. Mishka. The nurse informs him that she has just completed a surgery and is in her cabin. Yashwant proceeds to visit Mishka. Mishka wonders why Deepika’s father is there. Yashwant introduces himself and questions her about who instructed her to prepare the fake infertility report for Deepika. Mishka challenges him, asking how he knows the report is fake and if he has any proof. Yashwant assures her that he will obtain proof. Mishka suggests that perhaps Lavanya or another family member was behind it. Noticing Yashwant’s heart condition, she threatens him, implying that Deepika might attempt suicide if she discovers that her family members despise her. This frightens Yashwant, leading him to have a heart attack and collapse. Mishka smirks.
Deepika arrives at her parents’ house, only to find Jahnvi there. Jahnvi informs her that her parents are not home. In a fit of rage, Deepika slaps Jahnvi and hits her with a cane for having eyes on Chirag. Initially, Jahnvi denies it but eventually admits it. Deepika warns her that Chirag is like a brother to her and that she better not pursue him again, or she will expose Jahnvi’s true nature to the family. Jahnvi agrees to back off. Deepika then receives a call from Mishka and rushes to the hospital, heading straight to Yashwant’s room. Yashwant points accusingly at Mishka. Deepika mistakenly believes that Mishka saved her father’s life and expresses her gratitude. Mishka explains how she found Yashwant during the heart attack and admitted him. However, Yashwant is wary and thinks Deepika should not trust Mishka.
Chirag later confronts Mishka about the fake infertility reports. Mishka claims she did it for him because he is infertile and didn’t want Deepika or his family to know. Chirag insists that Deepika has no issues and that he doesn’t want his condition to affect her life. He reveals that Lavanya kicked Deepika out of the house because of Mishka’s lies and demands that she tell Deepika the truth. Mishka then approaches Deepika and falsely claims to have found a medication from London that could cure her infertility. Deepika, overjoyed, hugs and thanks her. Chirag, however, mistakenly believes Mishka has revealed the truth to Deepika and that she has forgiven her.
Chirag and Deepika bring Yashwant home. Chirag mentions that he has hired a nurse to care for Yashwant and goes to introduce her to Shobha. Yashwant urges Deepika to have her lab tests done elsewhere and not to share anything with Mishka or anyone until the results come back. Deepika gets her tests done and is stunned to discover the actual results. The next day, she visits Mishka to confront her about the false report.
