The episode begins with Dadi embracing Abhira. Manisha mentions that Dadi said she supports Abhira even if she loses the case, and the property will go to Abhira, implying that Dadi might have transferred everything to her name by now. Ruhi is seen washing the Bal Gopal idol and dressing it up. As she collides with Abhira, the files fall from Abhira’s hands, and she catches the idol. Ruhi thanks her but asks for her Bal Gopal idol back. Abhira hands it over, apologizing for her distraction. Ruhi reassures her that it’s fine; even when someone tries to take away their rights, they still receive what’s destined for them. Rohit asks for his file, and Abhira heads to the car to pray, seeking a hint from Akshara. By mistake, Rohit drops the idol, and it lands in Abhira’s lap. Overwhelmed with joy, Abhira expresses that Rohit has cleared her confusion and confirmed her desire to have the baby.
Vidya receives a phone call. The caller informs her that both she and her husband need to discuss some complications related to her pregnancy. Shocked, Vidya hears that Mr. Poddar is present, and the call ends. She realizes that Ruhi and Rohit have kept a significant secret from them. Armaan arrives late and asks if Abhira has come yet. The lady replies no, and Swarna is alarmed to learn about Ruhi’s pregnancy complications. Vidya mentions they weren’t informed about it. Ruhi apologizes to Rohit, who tells her he loves her and that she should focus on the baby and her health. Vidya consults with Ruhi’s doctor, but Ruhi insists there are no complications. The doctor explains that Vidya misunderstood the situation, believing Ruhi had pregnancy issues. Swarna calls Ruhi, saying Vidya informed her about the complications. The doctor mentions that Abhira is getting weak and recommends admitting her to the hospital. Armaan agrees to start the procedure, anxious to ensure her safety.
