The episode opens with Armaan comforting Abhira, assuring her that they can cry in peace without being disturbed. He closes the cupboard door. Charu is seen feeding Dadi a piece of cake. Rohit calls Manish, inquiring about his late arrival. Manish explains that Surekha is unwell, which delayed them. Rohit relays this to Ruhi, reassuring her not to worry. Charu mentions they will wait for Armaan and Abhira for the family photos. Mala comments on their tendency to vanish, while Manisha suggests they are a romantic couple who enjoy their solitude. Vidya encourages Charu to take the pictures, but Charu declines. Krish points out that although Armaan and Abhira are absent, they left a gift and card for Charu. Sanjay opens the gift to reveal a message from Armaan and Abhira, and soon after, they dance to “Badhai Ho Badhai,” bringing smiles to everyone’s faces.
Abhira gifts Charu a bracelet and shares a warm hug with her. Suddenly, Abhira receives a call from the hospital, and upon hearing the news, she breaks down. Armaan takes the call and confirms the details, then hugs Abhira to comfort her. Swarna questions Abhira’s hospital visit. Manish explains he met with Armaan yesterday and noticed he was distressed but didn’t share much. Surekha suggests taking Armaan and Abhira on their holiday trip, which Swarna finds appealing. Armaan asks for Abhira’s medical reports, insisting they cannot show weakness. Afterward, Manish calls Armaan to check on him, and Armaan thanks him for his concern. Manish proposes the idea of the trip again, but Armaan declines, stating Abhira cannot join them due to her busy schedule as a lawyer. After ending the call, Manish suspects that Armaan is hiding something.
Charu gives Abhira a gift from Mala, who then discovers a Bal Gopal figurine. Overcome with emotion, she begins to cry. Ruhi arrives and excitedly points out that the Bal Gopal is a gift for pregnant women, asking Abhira if she is expecting. Charu quickly defends Abhira, reminding Ruhi of her medical condition and urging her to stop prying. Ruhi walks away, feeling that Abhira is keeping something from them. Rohit advises her to let it go and take her medication, leading to an argument. Abhira remains troubled as Armaan expresses concern for her, insisting they go to the hospital together. She asks him to leave her be, stating she needs to focus on her procedure and that he should go to work. Reluctantly, he agrees to depart.
Meanwhile, Manisha, Kajal, and Vidya are discussing Dadi when they notice Abhira passing by. Manisha comments on Abhira and Armaan’s apparent distress and decides they should investigate. Abhira helps Dadi retrieve clothes from the cupboard, prompting Dadi to inquire about her relationship with Armaan. Concerned, Dadi asks Abhira to share if something is wrong. Abhira, recalling Armaan’s words, assures Dadi that everything is fine and she only seeks her blessings. Dadi asks if there’s a hearing for an important case that day, to which Abhira replies it’s the most significant case of her career. She admits she’s looking for courage from Dadi, revealing that Armaan wishes for her to win, but she feels a desire to lose for the first time. Dadi expresses her concern for Abhira, who tears up. As Dadi tries to get up, Abhira supports her, feeling grateful for her blessings. Dadi insists she will do anything for her children and reminds Abhira that she wants something more. They share an emotional hug, and Dadi reassures Abhira of her love, regardless of the day’s outcome. Vidya and Manisha watch the exchange with mixed expressions.
