Suman Indori

Suman Indori 25th October 2024 Written Episode

The episode begins with Suman telling Devika that insult is only felt by those who don’t trust their own respect. She asserts, “Devika…” Devika interrupts, saying, “How dare you?” Suman responds, recalling Papa ji’s words, stating that you can fool everyone but not her; she knows Kritika is lying. Devika retorts that Suman’s tongue is running too fast and warns her to be careful, suggesting she might end up cutting it. She accuses Suman of calling Kritika a liar and declares that the door will remain locked, implying Suman won’t get the keys like Teerth did. Devika tells Suman to sleep on the floor or in the kitchen, saying this is the punishment for her accusation. Suman snatches the keys from Devika’s hand, insisting she will return them only after unlocking the door. Devika argues that Suman has no right to those keys, to which Suman counters that Devika has no right to lock the door.

Suman acknowledges that while Devika may be the eldest bahu of the house, her relationship isn’t inferior. She declares that if she’s being punished without reason, she has the right to refuse it. Suman unlocks the door and tells Devika to catch the keys. Devika claims she will, but Suman asserts that Devika can’t do anything since she plans to sleep now. Devika ominously states that tomorrow will be the last day for Suman. Suman thinks both sisters are deceiving Neta ji and the family and decides to inform him, praying for God’s help to protect Neta ji from Kritika. Meanwhile, Teerth sits on Kritika’s bed, hoping Suman is okay.

Bhumi hands receipts to Gulshan, urging him not to harass them. Gulshan reassures her, saying he will take the money from Neta.

Devika calls Hema, inviting her family for Suman’s karwachauth. Hema confirms they will come, but Kritika questions the decision, asking why Devika wants to bring Suman’s family. Devika insists they must come, or else Suman’s in-laws will be insulted. She then contacts Gulshan, instructing him not to let Suman’s family attend, promising him Suman in return. Gulshan smiles at the prospect.

Hema and Malini look at sarees, with Hema saying she bought them for Sumi and Bhumi. She mentions giving them to Suman and her mother-in-law, but adds that they will also share with the rest of the family. Bhumi brings Hema’s purse, and Hema notes she only has 2000 Rs. Malini suggests making 100 Rs envelopes each as shagun.

Gitanjali provides wheat to Devika and Suman, stating she will share the story behind Karwachauth and begins narrating Leelavati’s tale. Teerth watches Suman while Kritika feigns madness. The song “Suhaagan” plays as the ladies pass aarti plates among themselves. Suman starts to feel drowsy, wondering what’s happening to her. Devika hands the aarti plate to Kritika, but Gitanjali takes it, mistakenly thinking Suman is Teerth’s wife. Baby Bua mentions that both girls have kept a fast for Teerth, saying it could either extend his life or create more drama. Chandrakant comments to Teerth about how well he is regarded, noting that earning respect takes a lifetime, but losing it happens in an instant. Teerth responds by highlighting Suman’s humiliation. Chandrakant argues that while Suman lacks respect, their family is still respected. Baby Bua reminds everyone that two girls are fasting for Teerth and asks whose fast Teerth will break. Kritika, infuriated, asks who is keeping a fast for her Teerth and attempts to choke Baby Bua. Suman intervenes, pushing Kritika away from Baby Bua. Devika scolds Kritika for her dramatics and tells her to apologize. Kritika begrudgingly says sorry. Gitanjali tells Devika to take Kritika away, and she does. Suman checks on Baby Bua, who thanks her, saying Kritika nearly harmed her, and asserts that Suman is Teerth’s wife in her eyes.

Devika questions Kritika about her overacting. Kritika claims she is just hungry. Devika offers her laddoo and asks why she wants to suffer, as Suman is fasting for Teerth. Suman declares that she will indeed fast for him because he is her husband, and she has the right to do so. She insists she knows both sisters are up to something, stating that Kritika is merely pretending to be mad and to fast. Devika concedes that Kritika has been acting but questions what Suman will do about it. Devika reminds Suman that Teerth spent the night alone with her sister, who is beautiful and young, implying their attraction. Suman retorts that there is always hope for someone who falls, but no hope with Devika. She questions how Devika can allow her unmarried sister to stay in someone else’s room and accuses her of thinking such things about Kritika. Devika raises her hand to slap Suman, but Suman catches it.
