Mishri 23rd October 2024 Written Update
Mishri shares her sorrow with her Grandma, expressing her frustration that her in-laws still haven’t accepted her. However, Raghav remains by her side, offering support and care during this challenging time. She pleads with her Grandma to wake up soon, promising to prepare her favorite dishes. Meanwhile, Raghav struggles with guilt, believing he is the cause of Grandma’s condition.
Vaani calls him, asking if he’s by himself, noticing that he doesn’t answer her calls when he’s with Mishri. Raghav explains that although they are distant, Vaani still looks after them. Vaani responds that her love for them hasn’t changed, but it’s Raghav who seems to have stopped loving her. She tries to comfort him, saying the accident wasn’t his fault, but Raghav admits he can’t shake the feeling of guilt. He finds it unbearable to see Grandma in this state, knowing he bears some responsibility. Vaani promises him that she will keep this secret safe and advises him to focus on taking care of Mishri. After they hang up, Vaani schemes to use this secret to her advantage and hires a nurse to keep her informed about Grandma’s health.
Vaani is resolute in using the situation to lure Raghav back home. Sulekha inquires about her plans, and Kalpana lies, claiming Vaani is organizing a surprise for Raghav. Vaani affirms that she’s fasting for Raghav, hoping it will prompt him to return to her. Sulekha commends her and encourages her to eat, noting that she has prepared all of Vaani’s favorite dishes. Vaani, however, remains fixated on ensuring Raghav comes back to her, convinced that her plan will succeed.
Meanwhile, Mishri feels hungry, and Parvathi is concerned for her. Parvathi wonders if Mishri is fasting as well but feels guilty for not being able to prepare anything for her. She is uncertain whether Mishri has eaten or not. At the hospital, the nurse offers Mishri some food, noticing that her in-laws haven’t sent any meals and her husband is absent. Just then, Raghav arrives and feeds Mishri a biscuit, apologizing for not being able to provide her with a proper meal on her first Karvachauth. Mishri reassures him that she doesn’t need much and even feeds him in return.
Mishri then gives Raghav some money, explaining that she received it from a contractor. She suggests he use it to fill the bus with diesel so they can drop off the students on time. Raghav is moved by how Mishri is supporting him, even during such a tough time. Mishri then asks him to help her find out who hurt her Grandma, which deepens his sense of guilt. She hugs him, expressing that all she needs is his support. The two fall asleep in each other’s arms.
Vaani arrives and is frustrated to see them like that. She wakes Raghav and urges him to eat breakfast, but he tells her he already had a meal with Mishri and is fasting for her. Vaani feels a surge of jealousy. Later, Mishri learns from the doctor that an injection could save her Grandma’s life. She asks Raghav to buy it, but Vaani is determined to prevent him from doing so, fearing that when Grandma wakes up, she will reveal her secrets.
