Deepika overhears Manorama blackmailing Mishka and demanding 10 lakhs from her. She confronts Manorama, asking why she is blackmailing Mishka. Manorama snaps that it’s none of Deepika’s business, claiming her family lost a 50 crore deal because of her, and she should keep out of it or face complaints to Lavanya. Deepika retorts that she fears no one, confident in her righteousness, and vows to stop Manorama from blackmailing Mishka. She then heads off to meet Mishka. Lavanya, having overheard their conversation, ponders Deepika’s confidence and decides to investigate further.
Mishka anxiously waits for Manorama at the back of the hospital. When Deepika arrives, she asks why Manorama is blackmailing her. Mishka explains that her grandmother is old and needs money for daily expenses, so she was helping Manorama. Deepika insists that Manorama’s family should care for her, suggesting there must be another reason. Mishka reveals that she had given a drug overdose to a patient while focusing too much on Jahnvi but managed to save him. She later apologized to the patient’s family and offered them money to protect the hospital’s reputation. Manorama saw this and is now blackmailing her. Deepika reassures her not to fear Manorama and to call her if any trouble arises.
Lavanya watches from a distance, confused by their discussion, and approaches them. She gets Mishka into her car and drives away, demanding to know what Deepika was saying. Mishka thinks the women from Chirag’s family are naïve, especially since Lavanya is falling into her trap. She lies to Lavanya, claiming Deepika was trying to persuade her to convince Chirag to leave Lavanya’s home. Lavanya becomes increasingly angry and exhibits erratic behavior. Back home, she grabs a bat and threatens to hit Deepika, ultimately smashing water mugs on the dining table instead, shouting at Deepika for marrying Chirag without her approval, causing the 50 crore business loss, and trying to take Chirag away from the family. Deepika attempts to speak, but Lavanya continues her outburst.
In her hospital room, Mishka thinks that Looney Lavanya must have dealt with Deepika by now. Manorama enters with a bag, instructing Mishka to fill it with 10 lakhs. Mishka asks her to sit while she prepares the cash and steps away. Manorama delights in the thought that her plan is working. A ward boy offers her tea, which she finishes. Mishka returns and asks where to arrange for Manorama’s funeral, revealing that she spiked the tea and Manorama will have a heart attack in 30 minutes. Manorama begs for her life. Mishka deletes the video from Manorama’s phone and claims she was only kidding. Manorama attempts to attack her, but Mishka warns her of severe consequences if she interferes again, ordering her to leave or face eviction. Manorama storms out, fuming.
The following day, Mishka visits Lavanya with Chirag’s favorite coffee, intending to provoke Lavanya further against Deepika. Chirag walks in with Deepika and is thrilled to see his favorite drink. Mishka feels a pang of jealousy as she watches him embrace Deepika, causing her to drop the coffee. Deepika rushes to assist her, but Lavanya yells for her to back off and starts berating her. Chirag questions if she can’t refrain from cursing Deepika, even for a moment. Deepika tells him not to ruin his morning, and he agrees, walking away. Mishka successfully stirs up Lavanya’s erratic nature. Later, she tells Deepika she can help her get pregnant quickly. Deepika lights up at the suggestion and agrees to do whatever Mishka asks.
