The episode begins with Mahua performing the Durga Puja rituals. Meanwhile, Ranbir and his family discuss the wedding preparations. Mahua and the other ladies arrange items for the puja. Dadi suggests a wedding date, mentioning that they need time to make all the arrangements. Harman urges Ranbir to join him for a private chat. Ranbir questions why he is being taken away, and Harman reassures him that the date is still far off. Param agrees, but Ranbir insists that it’s too much and he has pending work, asking to leave. Harman laughs and jokes around. Ranbir tells him not to irritate him and requests to be let go.
Adrija prays that she wins Ranbir’s heart, fearing that Meghla may come between them. In contrast, Meghla prays for Adrija’s happiness and success. Diljot expresses her frustration, demanding the family call her husband, warning that she will not permit Ranbir’s marriage to proceed otherwise. The family grows concerned. Mahua and Chandan introduce Adrija and Meghla, but Adrija takes a jab at Meghla. Mahua steps in to diffuse the tension. Chandan comments that Meghla finds joy in her music, and she smiles in response. A lady inquires if Meghla will sing, to which she nods. Adrija asserts that Ranbir will be present today, and she wants him to witness her performance, planning to inform him. Chandan praises Meghla’s singing talent. Adrija sarcastically remarks that she has already performed for him, suggesting he may be tired of it. Meghla counters that he wanted to hear her sing. Adrija engages in an argument, leading Chandan to mention that Ranbir and his family will arrive for the Ashirvaad rasam tomorrow. Meghla adds that Guru Ji will also be present as part of their family. Adrija insists her dance performance should be first, but the organizer explains that the sequence is already arranged. She argues that if she goes first, it would be better, and she plans to consult Ranbir about it. Chandan agrees, encouraging her to confirm it.
Meher asks Tai Ji to check on the arrangements. Simran, Nimrit, and the kids arrive, asking for new clothes. Tai Ji promises that they will receive new outfits. Meher shares a story about her friend’s daughter, who was taken to an orphanage, expressing her desire to find her. Ranbir arrives, and Harman and Param make jokes about his short flights.
Ranbir inquires about Meher’s friend. She explains that she recently learned her friend’s daughter is alive and expresses regret for not having found her sooner. Ranbir comforts her, and Meher reveals her friend had hoped for Ranbir and her daughter to marry, wishing it could still happen. Ranbir reassures her, saying that he would have searched for her if he had known. Meher wishes the best for that girl, to which Ranbir responds that he hopes her wishes come true.
