The episode starts with Aryan questioning Madhav and Vidya about themselves. They exchange playful taunts in their responses. Abhira watches them with concern. Charu arrives and scolds Aryan for teasing Abhira. Abhira quickly shifts the topic, asking about a box. Charu explains that Neeraj gave her a saree. Abhira playfully teases her, and Charu mentions how cute it is that Abhira is going to keep a fast. Charu then suddenly feels dizzy. Concerned, she asks Abhira if she’s okay and how she will manage the fast. Abhira reassures her, saying she’s fine.
Vidya approaches Ruhi and inquires about her well-being. Ruhi responds that she’s fine. Rohit calls her, and she tells him not to worry and to focus on his work. Vidya smiles at her response. Meanwhile, Abhira sits in the car, insisting she’s fine but mentions needing to go for tests. She stops the car to speak to her baby and feels weak. After consulting with her doctor, she reveals she hasn’t eaten anything because of the fast. The doctor warns her about the risks involved, leading Abhira to tear up.
Sanjay asks Armaan if he kept the Karwachauth fast. Armaan confirms he did. Sanjay jokes about it, but Armaan gets defensive and they argue. Sanjay leaves angrily. Abhira manages to eat some food. Armaan calls her to check if she’s alright and asks if she’s hungry. She denies it and thanks him for helping her avoid breaking her fast, promising to be on time. As everyone gathers to break the fast, Abhira contemplates telling Armaan the truth before the puja starts. Kiara mentions Aryan has made some funny videos for everyone to watch.
