Maati Se Bandhi Dor 19th October 2024 Written Update
The episode begins with Ranvijay and Vaiju stating that they need to talk. The girls interrupt them, urging Vaiju to come for the mehendi application. Naagraj insists that Ranvijay should join them, as the matter will be resolved. Kaveri arrives and declares that she can no longer remain silent; since the day Jaya entered their home, she sensed something was amiss, and she demands answers today. She admits she had her suspicions earlier. Rao Sahab supports Jaya, saying they stand by her. Kaveri argues with them before storming out. Vaiju gets her mehendi applied. Jaya thinks to herself that Ranvijay better not be late today. She admires her mehendi and smiles. Ranvijay watches Vaiju as she gets her mehendi done. Vaiju prepares herself, receiving a note from Ranvijay. Ranvijay thinks about Vaiju as she arrives. The song “Pehle Bhi Mai…” plays.
He asks her to promise that she will stay at his house when she visits Bhoomipur. She questions his right to make such a request. He asks if anyone has ever made her feel like an outsider. She responds that it’s not that, but she wonders what her identity is there, suggesting he should return home as Jaya might be waiting for him. He hugs her and cries, and she comforts him. She states that she cannot bear to see him like this and adds that she never blamed him for anything. He pleads with her to understand, expressing confusion over her reluctance to stay with him, promising he won’t speak to her rudely. She explains that when he used to scold her, it was fine, but things have changed now; he has acknowledged their relationship, and she feels it is her duty to respect it. Ranvijay calls her one in a million and confesses that he doesn’t know if he can give her anything, but he must reveal a significant truth: he loves her deeply. She stops him.
Vaiju tells him not to say anything, asserting that those words are meant only for Jaya, and she never wanted his feelings. She only wished for their relationship to be accepted and is content with that. Ranvijay asks what he should do about his feelings, as he cannot imagine living without her. They both cry and embrace. She insists that their fates are not intertwined, but their lives are connected; as long as she lives, nothing will happen to her, and some things should remain unspoken. She urges him to leave. He asks if she will cry like this, and she notes that he is crying too. He says he will go but wants to give her something one last time. She asks what it is.
He presents her with a ring and slips it onto her finger. They share a hug. Jaya returns home and hands the shagun back to Vasundara. Vasundara and Rao Sahab express their concern. Ranvijay arrives home, noticing the dry plants. Vasundara and the others approach him, and she inquires about where he has been. He replies that he went to Pune. She accuses him of lying, asserting that they know he didn’t go to Pune but somewhere else.
