The episode begins with Sachin and Renu arguing about Akash. Sayali interjects, stating that while Akash has made mistakes, it’s important for elders to forgive their children. She urges Paresh to consider this. Renu smiles in response. Sayali then asks Paresh to forgive Akash, and Renu agrees, saying, “You’re right, Sayali.” Sachin retorts that she has changed her stance again, declaring that Akash will not return home and that he will break his legs. Renu tells him to be quiet. Paresh expresses understanding but stands firm, stating that Akash is selfish and it’s better if he stays away. He then leaves.
That night, Sayali asks Renu to join them for dinner, but Renu refuses and grows angry with her. Sayali explains that Renu is misunderstanding her intentions. Renu tells her to leave. Paresh inquires if Renu is coming for dinner. Sayali replies no. Paresh calls out to Renu, who comes in. Tejas and Roshni enter, with Tejas noting that no one invited them to dinner. Renu urges him to eat, saying she won’t because Akash isn’t there. She argues that if he liked a girl and chose to marry her, then what’s the problem? Renu insists that Paresh should bring Akash and Riya home, declaring a hunger strike. Paresh asks Tejas and Sachin to join him, noting that Renu has become stubborn like a child and that she loves Akash. Sachin claims she’s just acting. Paresh counters that she’s not wrong as a mother, expressing his worries about Joy’s words, which haunt him, leaving him unable to make a decision. Roshni comments that while Akash was in the wrong, he wasn’t solely to blame. She empathizes with Renu, understanding the pain of a mother separated from her child.
Paresh asks Tejas for his opinion. Tejas feels sorry for Renu and supports her decision. Paresh inquires about Sachin’s thoughts. Sachin’s stance remains unchanged, urging Paresh not to be swayed by their words, reminding them that Akash is the reason for their current troubles. He cites an incident when Tejas ran away from the mandap, emphasizing that they brought him back home; it’s enough for them. He asserts that someone who disrespects them should not return. Roshni tries to stop Renu. Sayali suggests that Paresh always prioritizes family, encouraging him to make a decision for them. Sachin warns against confusing Paresh. Paresh reflects that time reveals understanding and that they cannot decide another’s life. After some deliberation, he concludes that Akash and Riya can come home, and Renu beams with joy.
Paresh declares that nothing is more important than family. Renu eagerly asks if she should call Akash home. Paresh reminds her to put Akash out of her mind for a moment, recalling what Joy and his wife had said. He expresses his concern that Joy accused him of wanting his property. Paresh states that if they bring Riya home, Joy’s accusations will hold water, so Akash can only return if Joy and his wife willingly agree to let Riya come. Sachin expresses doubt, suggesting that Joy’s ego will prevent this since Riya is just like him. Sayali tells Sachin not to interrupt. Paresh finalizes his decision.
Sachin, experiencing back pain, is approached by Sayali, who suggests that she does a lot of household work. She asks him to lie down on the floor, offering to massage his back. He tells her to stop because it hurts. She insists he lies down for relief and begins to massage him. Sayali jokingly tells him to be positive and even suggests standing on his back. He complains about her weight, likening her to a taxi. She playfully retorts that he’s making fun of her. As she stands on his back, he yells “Aai….” Renu hears him and rushes to his room. She finds Sayali standing on Sachin and momentarily envisions Sayali as Maa Kaali, leaving her shocked.
