The episode begins with Meher speaking on the phone with Adrija, confirming their meeting on Sunday. She shares the news with Param, Harman, and Simran about Adrija’s visit. Adrija mentions they will indeed be coming on Sunday. Mahua expresses her disbelief, saying she can’t imagine that their daughter’s marriage is being arranged. Meghla wishes Adrija all the best for her future. Ranbir admires a ring, saying he really likes it and wants it for himself. Meher assures everyone that she informed them about fixing the Roka and that they will discuss it with the family to share this exciting news. Simran exclaims it’s great news, but adds that Zoravar and Ranbir will need to be present. Meher insists that Ranbir’s Roka will happen without fail. Chandan and Mahua discuss the preparations for the upcoming events. Ranbir expresses his desire to have Meghla’s initials, M, inscribed on the ring, mentioning her name. Meher comments that having food there might not be appropriate, to which Harman agrees, saying Bengali cuisine could cause issues. Meher reminds him that there are wonderful activities planned for Durga Puja and asks Harman to inform Ranbir. Meghla hugs Adrija excitedly, stating her wish has come true, but Adrija pushes her away and reprimands her. Ranbir reassures her that he wants to move forward with the plans and thanks the man for his support. Harman mentions he will keep Ranbir informed once he has updates from Meher regarding Mahua and Chandan. Harman expresses his excitement about welcoming a new family member. Simran suggests they go shopping for new clothes, while Meher laughs and agrees, adding that Simran shouldn’t go without her.
