Kumkum Bhagya 17th October 2024 Written Episode Update
The episode starts with RV questioning God, asking why He is putting her through so many tests, and pleading not to break her trust or punish her. Diya reassures him, saying nothing will happen to Bhabhi. Yug adds that they will reach her. RV expresses his frustration, stating that God is not with them. He mentions that Poorvi performs puja daily, yet He continues to test their patience. RV vows to save Poorvi, declaring that no one can stop him from reaching her. He runs off, while Yug wonders if he should save his brother or get petrol. Diya insists that they need a car and petrol first.
Neha arrives at Monisha’s house. Monisha, taken aback, asks what Neha is doing there. Neha retaliates by hitting Monisha’s head against the wall. Monisha threatens to call the police, but Neha dismisses her threat, saying she will see what Monisha can tell the police since both can speak. Monisha, bewildered, asks if Neha has lost her mind. Neha throws various items at Monisha, including her phone. Monisha catches it, reminding Neha that her phone is very expensive. Neha accuses Monisha of ruining her life and declares that she is breaking their contract. Monisha, confused, asks which contract Neha is referring to. After a brief scuffle, Monisha pushes Neha away and escapes. Neha searches for Monisha outside, who hides in a car. Sahil calls Neha, apologizing for leaving her and saying he is coming back. Neha hails an auto and departs. Monisha breathes a sigh of relief, thinking that Neha has gone mad, and contemplates calling Jassi for help.
Meanwhile, Jassi is in a car with Shera. He notices his uncle and aunt in another car trailing them and instructs the driver to let their car pass, saying he will follow them. He asserts he will do as he pleases. Monisha calls Jassi, informing him that Neha has gone crazy and attacked her. Jassi, alarmed, asks for details, and Monisha explains that Neha barged into her house and threatened her, insisting that she won’t let her go. Jassi reveals that Sahil has also lost his mind, claiming he killed a hitman named Mathew to take out Poorvi, who never fails in his attempts to kill. He vows he won’t let Poorvi die and ends the call. Monisha realizes Sahil may have hired someone to kill Poorvi and smiles, thinking she no longer needs that Nethra in her life.
Mathew’s men report back to him, stating they have located Poorvi. Mathew orders his goons to search for her. Poorvi, in a panic, runs away. Mathew and his men pursue her, with one of his goons capturing Poorvi and notifying Mathew. Grabbing Poorvi by her hair, Mathew angrily confronts her, explaining that she made him angry and must face the consequences. He receives a gun from his goon and prepares to shoot, pondering whether to grant her an easy death or a more painful one. Mathew expresses his sadistic desire to prolong her suffering, stating that the more pain she feels, the more enjoyable it will be for him. Just as he readies a grass-cutting knife, Poorvi stands up and pleads with him, asking what she did to deserve this. Mathew insists he will give her a painful death. As his goons prepare for the spectacle, Poorvi seizes the moment, throws sand in their eyes, and escapes.
Back at the car, Diya expresses concern about how they will get there without petrol. Yug suggests they pray, just like Poorvi does. Diya prays to God for help, believing that He will send someone. Yug expresses gratitude when he spots a car approaching. He stops the vehicle and asks the occupants for petrol.
Mathew and his men continue their search for Poorvi, fretting about the consequences if they fail to find her. One goon spots her and alerts the others. Poorvi runs for her life. Jassi, meanwhile, is somewhere else. Shera informs him that his uncle is calling. Jassi brushes it off, claiming he doesn’t want to discuss politics right now.
Desperately, Poorvi reaches a dhaba and attempts to call RV for help. The dhaba owner approaches her, inviting her to sit down and eat. Poorvi, feeling uneasy, explains that her husband is on his way and that she won’t feel safe surrounded by men. The dhaba guy relents and leaves. RV, meanwhile, runs to the dhaba, believing Poorvi must be nearby. Jassi arrives at Neha’s house and, upon her opening the door, pushes his way inside. After a brief scuffle, he shatters a glass bottle and demands to know what’s wrong with her, asserting he has met all her demands and accusing her boyfriend of blackmailing him. As RV searches for Poorvi in the jungle, he draws closer to the dhaba.
