Do Dooni Pyaar 16th October 2024 Written Episode Update
The episode begins with Ritu instructing Ganga to keep the diamond earrings safe. Ganga agrees and removes the diamond earrings, placing them on the bed before putting on gold earrings. Ritu asks her to bring her sarees to show off the designs. Ganga goes to fetch the sarees while Ritu attempts to steal the diamond earrings. She praises one saree, claiming it would look stunning on Ganga, all while pocketing the earrings.
Afterward, she steps outside and calls Lalita to share the exciting news. Ganga receives a call from Lalita, who complains of severe throat pain and asks for the recipe for kada. Ganga patiently explains the recipe. Meanwhile, Kalyani calls out for Ritu, who quickly hides. Kalyani then tries to reach Ganga but finds the line busy. Ganga decides to end her call and will talk to Lalita later. Ritu rushes out of the house, and Bindiya spots her.
Ritu meets Lalita and hands over the stolen earrings, urging her to keep them safe. She warns that if Ganga discovers the earrings are missing, she will have to manage the fallout. After Ritu leaves, Lalita snaps a picture of the earrings, smiling to herself. Suddenly, a thief snatches the earrings from her hands and dashes away. Lalita yells and chases after the thief, only to stumble and fall into muddy water.
Kirti watches Ganga’s video and remarks that she has edited it. Ganga prays to Tulsi Maa, envisioning Abhay joyfully performing aarti with her. Lalita continues her pursuit. Meanwhile, Akshay unexpectedly collides with the thieves as they flee. He offers assistance, suggesting they come home to see his brother, a doctor who can help. The thieves refuse his offer. Akshay insists they need care, promising it will be free.
Later, Ritu requests Ganga’s help to apply nail polish. Ganga reluctantly agrees, though she has her reservations. At the hospital, Abhay receives a call from a friend asking about Ganga’s video, which angers him. Akshay brings the injured thieves to the hospital, insisting they need treatment. The thieves look puzzled at the situation, while Akshay reassures them, claiming they are twins.
Abhay attends to the thieves but tells Akshay to step aside. Lalita returns home in distress, begging her husband to retrieve her diamond earrings. Abhay spots the earrings in the possession of one of the thieves and recalls their significance. He questions the thief about how he acquired them, but the thief lies.
Abhay then gives the thief money, demanding the earrings in return. When he gets home, he shows the earrings to Ganga, questioning if she knows their real worth, revealing that Chetan bought them and that he had covered the bill. Ganga admits she can’t read the receipt. Abhay, shocked, scolds her, saying it reflects her lack of education.
He brings up his love, Sakshi, and shows Ganga the video, berating her. Ganga defends herself, stating that she never made such claims. Abhay accuses her of lying and raises his hand to strike her, but she stops him and firmly chastises him.
