The episode begins with Abhira inquiring about Dadi from Krish. He informs her that the doctors are about to start her surgery, despite the reports claiming otherwise. Abhira reprimands the reporters, urging them not to spread false information. She insists that it’s their responsibility to seek the truth and to stop disseminating fake news. Madhav instructs the staff to take the case to court, asserting that the man did not come for Maasa but was sent to eliminate Abhira. Everyone is taken aback. Manish questions why this is the case. Madhav explains that the Verma firm lost the airline contract, leading them to seek revenge; Maasa overheard their conversation and tried to shout, which resulted in her being attacked. Manisha holds Abhira responsible.
Armaan interjects, telling Manisha to drop the matter about the cabin and not to blame Abhira. He defends her, and Abhira urges him to calm down. He points out that their concerns are misplaced and that they are merely casting blame on Abhira. He scolds Manisha, who retaliates by saying Abhira has Armaan under her control. Overwhelmed, she breaks down. Ruhi comforts her.
A nurse reports that Kaveri’s condition is not stable, prompting tears from everyone present. Abhira leaves and goes to the temple to pray. The Pandit hears her and asks her to complete a task, instructing her to fill a pot using a coconut shell. As Abhira fills the pot, she reflects on everyone’s words. Meanwhile, Dadi is in the operating theater, and her pulse goes flat. Abhira feels dizzy, and a woman nearby helps steady her, checking her and revealing that she is pregnant. Abhira is shocked, stating that doctors had told her she couldn’t conceive. The woman reassures her, insisting she isn’t mistaken. Abhira cries, believing she shouldn’t hold on to false hopes. She attempts to fill the water again but becomes dizzy once more, and a Mata’s chunri falls over her. Ruhi approaches Armaan, saying that Abhira has hurt Dadi and has fled. Armaan responds that he is keeping quiet for the sake of her baby and warns her to remain silent, or he will reveal what she did. The doctor then arrives and inquires about Dadi’s condition. He informs them that the operation was successful and that Dadi is now out of danger. Armaan says he will notify Abhira.
When Abhira arrives at the hospital, she sees a couple with their baby and smiles. Armaan is searching for her. She approaches the doctor, who confirms her pregnancy. Overjoyed, Abhira exclaims that she will tell Armaan. However, the doctor warns her that this pregnancy is risky due to her genetic blood disorder, which could lead to severe complications during delivery or even miscarriage. He advises her against continuing the pregnancy. Manish reassures her that Kaveri ji is not alone, telling her not to worry. Abhira feels a pang of longing for Akshu.
As Abhira witnesses a woman being wheeled in on a stretcher, Armaan confronts a man, accusing him of causing his wife’s death. The man retorts that he had to choose between his wife and child, advising Armaan not to lecture him as he would likely make the same choice. Armaan firmly states that he would always choose Abhira. The man walks away. Armaan then asks Abhira where she went, sharing that Dadi’s operation was a success and that she is now stable. He checks her reports and is astonished to learn she is pregnant, exclaiming that he must be dreaming. He embraces her, tears of joy in his eyes.
He expresses his excitement about becoming a father. This moment ends as a figment of Abhira’s imagination. Armaan continues to reprimand the man, while Abhira resolves that Armaan deserves a family. She decides to ensure their baby will create that family, vowing to protect her child at all costs.
