Jhanak 14th October 2024 Written Episode
The episode opens with Jhanak stating, “I have no ill intentions; I want to support Anirudh and care for him. This will help you all too. Let’s put aside our differences for a while, for Anirudh’s sake. I need to go for an ad shoot, but I’ll be there for Anirudh and take care of him.” Anirudh defends Jhanak. Choton smiles. Lal asks what they want. Anirudh responds, “I want Jhanak to stay, at least until I recover. Please allow her to be here, and then we can decide what happens next.” Tanuja argues with Jhanak. Jhanak insists she wants to stay until Anirudh is well again. Anirudh adds, “If anyone has a problem with that, I will leave this house.” Choton comments that while doctors saved Anirudh’s body, Jhanak has saved his soul. He suggests Anirudh come with him. Jhanak says she will prepare a vegetable soup for him. Anirudh tells her he will wait for her and asks her to bring it upstairs. Choton takes Anirudh upstairs.
Tejas meets someone to arrange a bribe. The man inquires if he will be given work. Tejas replies affirmatively, saying, “Just remember, work isn’t good or bad; it’s just work.” Shrishti arrives and greets Tejas. He asks her to give him a moment. She mentions she came to see him. He instructs her to find out how they will execute the plan. Tejas remarks that she is shooting with Jhanak, right? The man says he doesn’t know, but a heroine comes there. Tejas notes, “She’s trying to become a heroine.” The man confirms this. Tejas tells him to lure her outside under the pretense of discussing Anirudh’s accident. The man agrees, and Tejas’ aide explains the details. Tejas instructs him to secure a production car in poor condition. The man complies. Shrishti overhears their conversation. Anjana tells Jhanak she has saved Anirudh. Jhanak humbly replies, “Lord does everything.” They chat about Arshi and Anirudh. Jhanak expresses her hope that Arshi will come but emphasizes her desire for Anirudh to recover, as she has an ad shoot tomorrow. Tejas plots to incapacitate the girl. The man questions this. Tejas asks if he hasn’t done something similar before. The man expresses concern about getting caught. Tejas questions his motivation for being there. The man asks why he would care about the girl. Tejas insists she has ruined many lives and says to do what he’s told and not to overthink it. The man ultimately agrees to the plan. Tejas learns his name and warns him.
Jhanak insists, “I don’t want any credit; I misbehaved with him, and I feel guilty for his current state.” Anjana reassures her. Tejas threatens the man, saying, “You will regret it if you betray me.” The man looks frightened. Tejas demands he execute the plan correctly. The man consents. Tejas reiterates his warning. The man promises to do the job and not to act foolishly before he leaves. Tanuja and Bipasha confront Jhanak and Anjana. Tanuja announces Arshi’s impending arrival. They taunt Jhanak. Jhanak mentions she is making soup for Anirudh. Tanuja retorts, “How dare you even mention his name?” Jhanak responds, “I used to call him Sir ji before; now I’ll call him by his name. I won’t hide this from anyone.” They argue. Tejas plots revenge against Jhanak, saying this time she will pay for her betrayal. Shrishti smiles. Tejas declares that while Jhanak’s life will be in jeopardy, his daughter’s life will be saved, and his respect will be restored. He mentions that Arshi will come today while Jhanak is with Anirudh. He states it’s only a matter of two days before she won’t be able to enter the house. She questions whether he intends to kill her. He insists that she deserves this, as she has left him with no other choice. She presses him for details, but he refuses to disclose his plans.
Jhanak argues with Tanuja again. Anjana urges her to take the soup to Anirudh. Jhanak mentions he needs dry fruits with the soup, as the doctor recommended it, hoping they will follow the doctor’s advice as well. Anjana expresses her wish for Jhanak to stay. Jhanak asserts that she isn’t afraid of Arshi; she left Anirudh in a sickly state and might worsen his condition. “I will take care of him double until I’m confident she will do so properly,” she adds.
Shrishti complains that she can’t tolerate Jhanak any longer, believing she has deceived Anirudh. Tejas laughs and jokes about the situation, claiming Jhanak must face the consequences. Jhanak feeds Anirudh, who mentions that her shooting begins tomorrow. She confirms this, stating it will wrap up in two days, after which he should be well again. She explains her shooting was delayed, but her scenes are now on hold, and she expresses a need to visit the temple to complete a prayer. He tells her she thinks too much about him. She responds, “No, I’m busy with Aditya and have no time to think about you.” He tells her not to embarrass him and adds, “You catch my words, not my feelings.” Jhanak acknowledges that Arshi will eventually return and has a right to be with him, stating, “I can’t take away her rights.” Anirudh interrupts, saying, “I don’t play games; I need to tell you something. I don’t think I have much time left.” She implores him not to say such things. He continues, “It’s unusual to have a heart attack at such a young age. I can’t live without you; I truly love you.” Just then, Arshi enters and observes their exchange. Tanuja and the others follow closely behind, and Arshi claps.
