The episode starts with Dadi giving a toffee to Abhira. Abhira responds with thanks but says she doesn’t want it; she prefers bitter medicine over sweet toffee. She expresses her determination to fight the case on Dadi’s word. Dadi warns her that the case is tough, but Abhira is resolute, stating she will work hard to win it. Once victorious, she will accept the toffee. After taking Dadi’s blessings, she leaves, while Armaan looks on. Dadi feels glad about Abhira’s commitment. Sanjay presents a gift to Ruhi, who admires a mom-and-child idol. She thanks him and asks how he found it. Sanjay explains that it reminded him of her, sharing his feelings about how others perceive him. He expresses concern that Rohit hasn’t received any cases since Abhira joined, noting that Maasa entrusted the important case to Abhira, implying that one day both Armaan and Abhira may achieve great success.
Dadi encourages Abhira, telling her to fight for the firm and her mother’s dream, which will lead to her victory in life. Abhira nods and departs. Dadi smiles, believing Abhira will focus on her work and perhaps forget her sorrows for a while, possibly drawing closer to Armaan. Vidya enters and confronts Dadi about her true intentions, accusing her of supporting Abhira to undermine her. Dadi laughs, asserting her strength, and insists that she is on the side of what is right, backing Armaan and Abhira. Vidya offers her a Dussehra gift, and Dadi playfully declines, saying she has nothing to give but accepts it, claiming it is from her favorite daughter-in-law. Vidya replies that they will see which Saas-bahu duo lasts longer.
Meanwhile, Manish, Swarna, and Surekha conduct a puja for Akshu, reminiscing about her. Manish notes they hadn’t done a puja for her. Swarna admits she couldn’t see her at the resort. Surekha mentions their regret and the need to support Abhira. Armaan tries to care for Abhira, who insists she has work to do, but he feeds her nonetheless. Dadi asks Manisha why Manoj hasn’t returned home yet. Sanjay speculates that he might have lost the case, but Manoj arrives triumphantly, announcing that he won. He asks Dadi for a toffee, and she proudly obliges, telling him she is proud of him. He thanks her, expressing his desire to make her name shine. Manisha takes the opportunity to taunt Sanjay.
Vidya gives Ruhi a shagun, and Ruhi, forgetting to bring something for her, apologizes. Vidya reassures her it’s fine. Ruhi mentions she wishes Dadi would give Rohit the office’s new cabin. Armaan thanks Manisha for sending food for Abhira and relays her suggestion that Manoj deserves more respect for his hard work. He promises to speak to Maasa about giving the new cabin to Manoj. Manisha insists she wants nothing else in return. Madhav points out that Maasa already allocated Armaan’s cabin to Rohit and that Rohit can’t get everything easily. Vidya urges Armaan to talk to Maasa for the sake of Rohit and the baby on the way. Dadi agrees with Armaan, stating that Manoj deserves the new cabin. She thanks him for his support and decides to share the good news with Manoj herself, leaving Madhav contemplating Maasa’s decisions.
In a poignant moment, Manish garlands Akshu’s photo, with Swarna and Manisha looking somber. Surekha questions why Akshu had to raise Abhira alone and wonders about Abhimanyu and Abhir. Manish explains that someone deceived them regarding Abhir last year and that they don’t know the whereabouts of the real Abhir or Abhimanyu. He insists that they cannot tell Abhira, as it would only increase her worries. Swarna agrees, adding that Ruhi shouldn’t learn about this either, as she deserves to be happy.
That night, Abhira and Ruhi both feel restless in their sleep. They venture outside, where Ruhi stumbles, and Abhira catches her, reminding her that they are sisters and should take care of each other. Ruhi reacts by shouting at her. Armaan intervenes and scolds Ruhi, while Rohit steps in to defend her. Abhira takes Armaan away to diffuse the tension. Everyone gathers to see the new cabin. Manisha questions whether their mother is giving the cabin to Manoj. Armaan smiles, and Vidya inquires if Madhav has spoken to Maasa about the cabin. He admits he has tried. Dadi claims that her special child will receive this cabin and praises the person deserving of it. Rohit acknowledges that Manoj deserves it, and Sanjay agrees that it’s fine if Manoj gets it. Dadi approaches Manoj, and Abhira excitedly announces they have won the airlines case. Everyone beams with joy as Abhira mentions the offer of a 10-year contract. Dadi is astonished, hugging Abhira and praising her outstanding work. When Abhira asks for her toffee, Dadi insists on more than just a toffee, inviting her to sit in a chair. She declares that the new cabin is now Abhira’s, leaving everyone in shock, including Manisha, who remarks that it was supposed to be Manoj’s cabin.
