Bhagya Lakshmi 7th October 2024 Written Update
The officer vows the police will do all they can to save their daughter, wondering what has happened to the world—who would kidnap such a young child? The inspector asks if they have any photos, and Rishi shows one on his phone. The Inspector then asks Ram if he remembers anything from the kidnapping site and if he saw anyone, but Ram doesn’t know anything. They then ask Aayush to come and file the report.
Meanwhile, Ashish goes to the flat with his accomplice and Paru. They wonder what to do next. Ashish says they must first tie Paru.
The inspector explains they have filed the report and must decide what to do now. Lakshmi says she is going to wait there, but the Inspector says it won’t be useful. He informs them that they should all go back home while he and the special team will prepare for the kidnapper’s ransom call. He further explains that a special officer in charge of such cases has been appointed. Lakshmi requests him to call the special officer immediately, but the Inspector replies that legal matters will proceed on their due course, and nothing can happen quickly. Rishi agrees with Lakshmi, saying that the Inspector should do his work properly. The Inspector responds that there are many procedures involved. Lakshmi starts panicking, so Rishi is forced to take her aside. Lakshmi insists she must talk to the Inspector because she just wants Paru back. She doesn’t even listen to Rishi, but Aayush requests her to go outside with him while he speaks to the Inspector.
Aayush sits with the Inspector, asking why anyone would kidnap Paru. The Inspector responds that he believes they might already know Paru’s location, leaving Aayush stunned as he realizes the Inspector thinks it was all planned. The Inspector explains that in 99.99% of cases, this is the reality.
Rishi pulls Lakshmi’s hand, but she pulls away, asking what he’s doing. She only wants Paru. Rishi suggests they let the police do their work and that they must wait. Lakshmi says she was talking to the Inspector because she just wants her daughter. Rishi replies that he wants Paru back too, but they shouldn’t make things worse. Malishka stops her car, thinking it’s good that Rishi and Lakshmi are fighting.
Ashish is eating an apple when his accomplice comes, asking what they should do next. Ashish says they need to wait for Malishka’s call, as she will pay them and they’ll follow her directions. The accomplice covers Ashish’s mouth, angering him, but the accomplice explains that Paru was waking up. Ashish gets worried, thinking Paru might have overheard their conversation and could inform her family. Ashish takes his accomplice away while Paru wakes up and starts crying for her mother.
Lakshmi questions why Rishi wants to leave. He explains the Inspector suggested it. She asks if he would follow the Inspector blindly. Malishka, watching from afar, smiles, happy to see them arguing. Lakshmi asks if Rishi would still listen if the Inspector told them to wait for ten days. Rishi reminds her that the Inspector said they would come to the Oberoi house. Lakshmi argues that the Inspector hasn’t even started the investigation properly. Rishi tries to calm her, saying he’s also worried for Paru but believes they should trust the police. The city is vast, and they can’t find her on their own. Lakshmi says Rishi is asking her to stay calm while their daughter is missing. She accuses him of being indifferent, but Rishi angrily retorts, asking what she means. Lakshmi insists that she can’t wait idly. Rishi warns her to stop talking like that. Malishka feels satisfied, as this is exactly what she wanted—Rishi and Lakshmi fighting over their missing daughter.
Lakshmi asks if Rishi really expects her to stay calm and not search for Paru. She can’t do that and tries to run off. Aayush comes out with the officer. Lakshmi asks where they are going, and the officer says they’re heading to the Oberoi house, where the special officer will meet them. Malishka pretends to be worried about Paru, and Rishi informs her that they’re all going back to the Oberoi house. Malishka prepares to get into the car with them, then remembers she drove her own car, but she still joins Rishi.
Ashish and his accomplice are discussing how Paru almost overheard the truth. Ashish signals his accomplice to be more careful in the future and tells him to go be with Paru.
At the Oberoi house, Neelam is very worried. Aanchal says she will try calling Malishka. Just then, Rishi enters, and Neelam asks if he found Paru and why the police are at their house. Rishi explains that the Inspector believes they might find clues about the kidnapping at their house. The Inspector then receives a call, announcing that a specialist has been assigned to the case. Lakshmi, growing impatient, asks when the specialist will arrive. A guard knocks on the door, and the Inspector greets the specialist as he arrives. Vijesh Vohra introduces himself and explains that not all cases are easy, but he’s confident they can solve this one with the family’s cooperation.
Lakshmi explains that Paru is her daughter and was supposed to reach her tuition class at 10:00 AM, but the car was stopped. Rishi adds that he believes it was planned. Vijesh asks if they suspect anyone. Neelam and Aanchal mention they have no enemies. Vijesh repeats the question, and Rishi suggests that it could be due to money, as everyone knows they’re a wealthy family. Vijesh dismisses the ransom theory, explaining that the driver reported the kidnapping at 9:40, and by now they would have received a ransom call if that were the case. Vijesh adds that kidnappers are usually overconfident, which leads to their capture. He then asks them to consider who might be responsible.
Neelam protests that they all love each other, and Rishi supports her, saying they’re a close-knit family. Vijesh praises their family dynamic but insists on understanding their relationships with Paru. He first questions Aanchal, who explains she is Paru’s grandmother’s sister.
Meanwhile, Paru, crying, keeps pleading for her release, calling out to her parents. Ashish, frustrated by her cries, sits in front of her, advising her to stay quiet. He warns her with a knife, signaling her to be silent.
Lakshmi continues explaining their family situation. Vijesh mentions he has finally understood the family’s dynamics. Suddenly, Savand gets a call. Vijesh, annoyed, tells him to go outside to answer and then turn off his phone. Vijesh resumes his questioning, asking Rishi who he suspects. At first, Rishi hesitates but eventually names a business client with whom he had a dispute. Vijesh then questions Aanchal, who suggests the peon at Paru’s school might be involved for money. Vijesh dismisses this, saying it’s not about money but something personal.
Finally, Vijesh turns to Aayush, asking who he suspects. Aayush refuses to name anyone when Anoushka walks down the stairs. Vijesh questions her identity, and she reveals she is Aayush’s wife. Meanwhile, Malishka, glad for the distraction, takes the opportunity to text Ashish, worrying about their next move.
