Arsh and Ashika are waiting for an investor named Mr. Alok Dixit at a party, plotting to steal the investment deal right under Rajat’s nose. As Arsh approaches Mr. Dixit to strike up a conversation, he is taken aback to find Rajat already there. Meanwhile, Ashika recalls having tipped Aman about Arsh’s meeting with Alok Dixit in Delhi. She smirks, realizing that Rajat must have left his dinner outing with his wife and daughter to attend this meeting. Arsh asks Rajat what he’s doing here, to which Rajat replies that he is here for a business meeting. Dixit mentions that Rajat is a good businessman and has therefore doubled his investment in Rajat’s company, and he takes Arsh along to enjoy the party.
Ashika then taunts Rajat, questioning whether his wife didn’t accompany him. Rajat responds that his wife is a working woman who doesn’t accompany him everywhere, and above all, she is a proud mother—and he is proud of her. This only fuels Ashika’s jealousy. An old friend of Rajat’s approaches them and praises him for his success, remarking that Ashika has transformed Rajat into a handsome hunk, while she herself hasn’t changed in ten years. Rajat clarifies that Ashika is the reason for his success, though not in the way one might think; they are divorced now, Ashika is with Arsh, and he is married again. He expresses his desire to introduce his beautiful and multitalented wife, who is also a wonderful mother—something Ashika couldn’t achieve. Angered, Ashika storms away, only to find Arsh flirting with another girl. Confronting him, she remarks that she also saw him happy with Rajat.
Meanwhile, Jigar picks up a gift box and heads toward Savi’s room. Savi is engrossed in her work in the dark when Jigar hugs her from behind, saying he has been waiting for this moment for a long time. Savi pushes him away, turns on the light, and is shocked to see Jigar there. Jigar becomes tense and claims he thought it was Tara. Savi warns him to stay away, accusing him of being a cheap and characterless man. Jigar insists he has a gift for her and tries to block her way. She pushes him aside and rushes to Tara and Bhagyashree, informing them in detail about Jigar’s inappropriate behavior over the past few days.
Jigar continues his lies, saying he entered her room because Tara had gone there and that he brought a gift for Savi to thank her. Tara and Bhagyashree trust Jigar blindly, reprimanding Savi for her accusations against him. Feeling rejected, Savi leaves the scene. Jigar pretends to feel guilty for hurting Savi’s feelings, while Tara and Bhagyashree comfort him, asking him to forget the incident. Bhagyashree insists that Rajat and Rajendra shouldn’t learn about what happened, promising to convince Savi to remain silent. Alone in her room, Savi panics as she recalls the incident and considers informing Rajat. Meanwhile, Ashika is preoccupied with taking care of feverish Kiyaan and ignores Savi’s call.
