Jagriti 5th October 2024 Written Episode Update
Bindi instructs Jagriti to bring the wheelchair and show it to Harish. Jagriti agrees and heads off. Durjan then asks Harish when he plans to explain everything to Jagriti. Meanwhile, Jagriti tries to push the wheelchair into the house but struggles with the task. She calls out to Kachori for assistance, and Kachori agrees to help. Both of them try to push the wheelchair inside together but are unable to manage it. Jagriti decides to use wooden planks on the stairs to help push the wheelchair inside.
Durjan tells Harish that he needs to explain to Jagriti how to become a Chitta. He says he’s being patient with her because he believes she has the potential to lead their community one day. Durjan reminds Harish that he promised Jagriti’s father to protect her but insists it shouldn’t come at the expense of the community’s interests. He urges Harish to stop Jagriti from focusing on education, warning that she’ll be labeled a rebel and face severe consequences. Harish reassures Durjan that he will talk to Jagriti and that he will also meet with Mamma to discuss the issue. Jagriti only overhears Harish’s last words and feels happy, thinking he’s agreed to meet Mamma. Durjan leaves, and Jagriti takes Harish to meet Mamma.
Jagriti and Harish wait by the roadside for Geeta. Jagriti wonders why Mamma hasn’t shown up yet. Harish asks if there is school today. Spotting the school bus, Jagriti confirms that classes are in session. Soon, she sees Geeta’s car approaching and tells Harish. However, when the car doesn’t stop, Jagriti chases after it, calling out for Mamma and emphasizing the importance of education. Harish urges Jagriti to stop chasing the car.
It is then revealed that Amol is in the car, not Geeta. In a flashback, Geeta instructs Amol to take Sapna to school, as she has some work to attend to. Amol agrees.
As Jagriti continues running after the car, Harish makes her swear on him to stop. Reluctantly, Jagriti stops chasing it.
Jagriti questions why Mamma didn’t stop the car and wonders who will explain the value of education to Harish and the Chitta community. Harish, reflecting on her words, decides that he wants Jagriti to be admitted to school.
Harish brings Jagriti to the school and asks the peon what they need to do to secure her admission. The peon informs them that they must meet the principal.
However, the security guards refuse to let Harish and Jagriti enter the school because they are Chitta. They insist on meeting the principal regarding Jagriti’s admission, but the guards mock them for thinking they can join the school. As the principal’s car approaches, the guards push Harish’s wheelchair out of the way. Jagriti runs into the path of the principal’s car. The principal asks the guards what’s going on. The guards explain that Harish and Jagriti are trying to force their way into the school, but they are being stopped. Jagriti confronts the guards, accusing them of lying, and directly addresses the principal, expressing her desire to be admitted to the school. Initially hesitant, the principal ultimately agrees, on the condition that they obtain permission from Kalikant for Jagriti to study there. Jagriti eagerly agrees, confident that Kalikant will allow her to attend school.
