Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein 2nd October 2024 Written Update
Late at night, Bhagyashree goes to the kitchen for a glass of water. As she enters, she notices Rajat sitting quietly in the dark. Concerned, she approaches him and is surprised to find him in tears. Worried, she asks him what happened. Rajat admits that he hurt Savi at Kiyaan’s request, which in turn hurt Sai deeply. Bhagyashree tells him that it was wrong of him to hurt Savi. Rajat tries to explain that he only wanted to fulfill his son’s request but now feels as if he’s drifting away from Sai. He confesses that he knows he made a mistake, but he’s terrified that if he loses Sai this time, he won’t be able to bear it. Bhagyashree reassures him, telling him that no one can take Sai away from him. She advises him to show Sai how much he loves her. Rajat vows to make things right and says he is even willing to fall at Savi’s feet to seek her forgiveness. Bhagyashree agrees that it’s the right step.
The next morning, Bhagyashree and her daughters are getting ready for their daily exercise routine. Meanwhile, Isha and Shantanu arrive at the Thakkars’ house to give prashad. Bhagyashree asks Isha where they had gone, and Isha happily shares that they visited a temple, where Shantanu carried her in his arms. Bhagyashree and Isha exchange playful taunts, and Shantanu takes Isha away, smiling at their banter.
Later, Rajat sits beside a sleeping Sai and quietly apologizes. He promises her that he will regain her trust and prove that he can be the best dad she could ask for. He tells her that he can’t live without her and loves her more than anything.
At the same time, Shantanu complains to Isha about a backache, saying that he’s not as fit as he used to be to carry her. Isha playfully responds that she hasn’t changed at all. Rajat, determined to apologize to Savi, decides to make her favorite dish, Puran Poli, and asks Isha for help. Isha offers to assist by preparing the puran (filling) for the Puran Poli, so Rajat can handle the rest more easily. He agrees. As they talk, Rajat notices some magazines lying around and asks who has been reading them. Shantanu explains that Isha has been feeling lonely at home, so she has taken up reading to pass the time. Rajat then suggests that they could look for a paying guest (PG) for Ahana, as she’s been seeking a more homely environment. Shantanu agrees, and Isha hands Rajat the prepared puran.
Back at home, Rajat begins making the Puran Poli but quickly finds himself struggling. His sisters, noticing his efforts, tease him about making it for Savi. When he asks them for help, they refuse, laughing at his predicament. Sai overhears their conversation from a distance and leaves quietly. Rajat starts doubting whether he will be able to complete the dish on his own.
A little while later, Jigar approaches Savi and asks if he can borrow her laptop to check for responses to his job applications. Savi advises him to consider working at Rajat’s company and offers to speak to Rajat on his behalf. She hands him the laptop, and as Jigar takes it, his hand brushes against hers. Savi notices the brief touch but doesn’t get a chance to react as Sai suddenly arrives and takes her away.
Sai then shows Savi the Puran Poli and tells her that Rajat made it especially for her. Savi is surprised that Rajat could make it so well and is impressed. Rajat offers her a taste with pride, and Savi comments that it tastes perfect. Just then, the doorbell rings, and Savi answers to find that Sitaphal Rabdi has been delivered, complementing the Puran Poli. Realizing that Rajat had actually ordered the Puran Poli from a restaurant, Savi playfully teases him. Rajat is caught but smiles sheepishly. Savi then asks Sai to help her prepare for her upcoming speech competition.
Later, Rajat attempts to check on Sai’s practice, but she shuts the door in his face. Savi asks her why she did that, reminding her that Rajat made the Puran Poli and even apologized. Sai responds that she can’t forgive him so easily and expects a more significant apology. Rajat, who overheard the conversation, realizes he has more work to do.
Meanwhile, Jigar opens the door and is surprised to see Tapsee standing there. He asks her why she’s at his house. Savi warmly welcomes Tapsee and explains to the family that Tapsee is a new student at her school. She shares that their teacher asked her to guide Tapsee as she adjusts. Savi also reveals that Tapsee was assaulted while in Canada, which is why she returned home. Savi encourages Tapsee to disclose the name of her assailant so that Jigar can use his contacts to track him down and ensure justice is served. However, Tapsee refuses to reveal the name.
