Parineeti 26th August 2024 Written Update
Scene 1
Pari asks Babli in private if she really wants to go through with the wedding. Babli confesses that she doesn’t want to marry Daljit. Amruta tries to comfort her, telling her not to worry.
Pari returns home, and Dai Maa expresses her concern for her. Pari acknowledges Dai Maa’s support, saying, “You saved my day today.” Dai Maa advises, “We need to be strategic if we want to outmaneuver Neeti. She’s very determined. You should get some rest today.” Pari heads to her room and falls asleep. In her dream, Babli appears, visibly upset. She pleads with Pari, crying, “Please do something. I don’t want to marry Daljit.” Pari hugs her and reassures her, “Don’t worry, I’ll stop this wedding at all costs.” Babli then warns, “Someone is in your room, spying on you.” Startled, Pari wakes up in shock and looks around the room, only to see a man lurking there. She demands, “Who are you?” but the man quickly runs away.
Scene 2
Neeti confronts Pami, asking how Pari could lie. Pami, perplexed, responds, “I don’t know anything about it.” She then tries to reason with Neeti, saying, “I know you don’t want Pari to return. I wasn’t sure if she was really Pari or not. I understand you have strong feelings against her now.” Neeti, however, cuts her off, saying, “Don’t you dare speak to me like that. You’re only getting this bold because of Pari.” Pami insists, “Come with me, I’ll show you that I don’t know anything.” Neeti, suspicious, retorts, “Are you trying to intimidate me?” Pami, confused, asks, “Why would I do that? I really don’t know where Sanju went.” Neeti, unconvinced, says, “Sanju always tells you when he goes somewhere.” Pami, frustrated, repeats, “I don’t know.” Neeti, fed up, declares, “I don’t want to hear anything more about Pari,” and storms off.
Meanwhile, Pari manages to catch the intruder and demands, “Who are you?” She pulls off his mask, revealing it to be Daljit. Shocked, Pari asks, “What are you doing in my room?” Over at the other house, Neeti tells Gurinder that Sanju is slipping out of their control. She worries, “He’s gone somewhere, and no one knows where. Pami is also gaining confidence, and it’s all because of Pari.” Gurinder, trying to understand, asks, “Who are you more concerned about—Pami or Sanju?” Neeti, feeling helpless, replies, “Both. Sanju is with Pari. He loves Parvati, and I can’t separate them. She’s taking him away from me. Why did he leave the house at this hour? I know he’s with Parvati.”
Scene 3
Sanju finds himself at a park, reminiscing, “This is our favorite place, Pari. We used to come here all the time. Now I understand why it’s so special. Whenever I miss you, I come here. Parvati resembles you so much, but there’s something different about her too. I can’t figure this out. Sometimes it feels like Parvati is Pari, and other times she’s not. Why is she hiding the truth from me?”
Back in her room, Pari confronts Daljit, asking, “How dare you enter my room and my house?” He apologizes, saying, “I’m sorry, I was drunk.” He then runs away. Meanwhile, Sanju, lost in thought, mutters, “I’m going crazy trying to understand why Pari is doing all this. I shouldn’t be confusing them. I only love Pari. I can’t love anyone else. I’m losing my mind.”
Daljit returns home, and Neeti immediately questions him, “Did you do something?” Offended, he asks, “Are you doubting my loyalty?” Neeti, not holding back, snaps, “I can’t trust someone like you.” Daljit explains, “I went to Pari’s house to see if I could find any proof, but I couldn’t.” Just then, Sanju walks in and asks Daljit, “Did you do the task I asked you to?” Daljit, looking guilty, replies, “I got caught up in the engagement.” Sanju, annoyed, reminds him, “I asked you 10 days ago.” Neeti intervenes, telling Sanju, “You’re being too harsh on him.” Sanju ignores her and, when Neeti asks where he was, he coldly responds, “None of your business.” He adds, “I’m going to the project site tomorrow.” Neeti offers to go with him, but Sanju dismisses her, saying he can go on his own.
Scene 4
Pari confides in Dai Maa, “I’m very worried about Babli. Vikram and Gurpreet aren’t understanding the situation.” Dai Maa asks, “What are you planning to do?” Pari, determined, replies, “I’ll do whatever it takes to save my sister, even if I have to become Pari again.” Dai Maa warns, “You can’t lose sight of your mission. They might try to kill you again.” Pari, resolute, responds, “Babli’s life is more important than my mission. I have to become Pari again.” Dai Maa hopes that Pari can stay as Parvati and still defeat Neeti, but Pari insists, “I’ll handle her. I’ll try to convince them again. But if they don’t listen, I’ll do whatever it takes to save Babli.”
Scene 5
The next morning, Dai Maa advises Pari to be careful. Pari, lying to her mother, reassures her that everything is fine. Dai Maa notes, “You’re just trying to save her from stress. You can save Babli.” She gives Pari some yogurt as a good luck charm.
Meanwhile, Neeti drops Sanju off and tries to express her feelings, saying, “You mean a lot to me.” But Sanju, still distant, replies, “I don’t have time for this.” Neeti, feeling hurt, says, “I wanted to tell you something,” but Sanju leaves before she can finish. Dai Maa also arrives at the site. Pari comes to give her a checkbook, and Neeti spots her. Suspecting something, Neeti starts to think that Pari and Sanju are meeting at the site. She decides to follow them. When Pari arrives at the site, she stumbles, and Sanju catches her just in time.
