The episode begins with Vaiju stopping the inspector. She tells him that the kidnappers have taken Ranvijay, and the news has been published in the newspaper. He asks how she knows him, and she replies that she works in his mill. She insists they should go find him together. The inspector reassures her, saying they know what to do and that she should file the report and go home. Meanwhile, a goon is beating up Ranvijay, who stands firm and declares, “I won’t back down. You can’t defeat me,” as he fights back against them.
At the police station, everyone is gathered. Jaya urges the inspector to locate Ranvijay, while Rao Sahab insists they must find him. The inspector mentions he warned Ranvijay not to take risks. Jaya pleads for help to find him. In a moment of desperation, Vaiju grabs a gun and points it at the inspector, saying she will shoot herself if they don’t find Rana. The inspector agrees to inform the units. He sends out a notification about Ranvijay’s kidnapping, which causes concern among everyone present. Vaiju, in tears, hands over the gun and leaves with the police.
The goon prepares to shoot Ranvijay, but another goon strikes him from behind. The police arrive and shoot the attacking goon. Vaiju and the family rush to the scene, and Jaya runs to embrace Ranvijay. Vaiju steps back. The inspector praises the operation, while another inspector clarifies that it was actually the girl who saved Rana. Vasundara asks who that is, and a constable mentions it was the girl whose picture was in the news with Rana. She exclaims that Vaiju saved Rana once again. Rao Sahab expresses disbelief, saying she should be at home. Jaya wonders why she left, and Ranvijay reflects on thoughts of Vaiju.
They return home and search for Vaiju in her room. Vasundara notes her absence, while Rohan adds that Vaiju is nowhere to be found. Ranvijay spots a saree left behind. Jaya questions why she would leave in that manner, and he concludes it means she has left the house. Jaikant and Sulekha exchange knowing smiles. Vasundara speculates that she might have overheard what Sulekha said; she has self-esteem and chose to leave. Ranvijay declares his intention to bring her back, and Jaya insists on accompanying him. Meanwhile, Vaiju cries, thinking of him as she resolves to leave, whispering to herself that this is the only path available. She boards the bus, while Ranvijay and Jaya arrive at the bus station, desperately searching for her. Vaiju clutches the suhaag items tightly and weeps.
