Amruta approaches Virat, and they settle down to eat. Dildar arrives and urgently says, “Come with me.” He appears panicked. Virat rushes in alongside her. Ishika tells Priyanka, “I’m feeling unwell.” Ultimately, our plan is falling into place. She asks, “Will Babita call you back?” Priyanka replies, “She has to.” We need to devise something significant to ensure Amruta takes the fall for everything. Ishika mentions that she won’t give you 45% shares, though. Suddenly, Ishika reads a message in the society chat revealing that Babita attempted suicide by taking pills. They are left in shock.
Virat and Dildar hurriedly take Babita to the hospital, where doctors provide treatment. She repeatedly calls out Virat’s name. Babita says, “Virat,” and he rushes to her side. He questions, “What is this?” She replies, “You weren’t speaking to me. I don’t want to live. Nimrit and Dildar abandoned me too. No one cares about me.” Virat counters, “So you thought this was the solution?” She insists, “I can’t let anyone come between me and my children.” Virat argues, “This is wrong.” Babita replies, “I just want my son to stay with me.” As Virat reflects on the doctor’s information about when she took the medication, he learns it was two hours prior. Shekhar discovers that Kavita brought the medicine, which a man had given her. He says, “Enough, Mom. I don’t want to prove anything.” The man enters the room. Virat confronts him, saying, “This is the guy who sold Kavita the medicine and told you that five pills wouldn’t cause much harm, and you took exactly five, right? Do you know how difficult it is to see your parent like this? Is this what you planned against Amruta? Look at Dad’s condition. Do you think you can emotionally blackmail me like this? Why are you doing all this?” Babita claims, “Amruta provoked you against me. She’s filled your mind with negativity about me. You no longer respect me. How can a mother be wrong?” Virat responds, “They can be.” He states, “I’m leaving.” Amruta tells Babita, “You just needed to apologize and embrace him once. You’re constructing this wall between you and your son, not me.”
Scene 2
Priyanka informs Ishika, “I knew Babita would resort to this drama. I found out who paid for her medicine.” Ishika replies, “The watchman provided Shekhar and me with the footage.” Priyanka states, “We thwarted Babita’s plan. Now she will have to comply with our demands.”
Virat stands outside the hospital, tears in his eyes. Amruta notices him crying and feels a pang of sympathy. Amruta expresses, “I don’t know how to bring back his smile.” Virat and Shekhar go for a jog, but Shekhar says, “I can’t run anymore.” Virat encourages him, “Lose this tummy, teddy bear.” Shekhar retorts, “Stop body-shaming me.” Virat then spots Bhavani approaching, discussing a child. He wonders what she could be talking about.
