Jhanak 27th September 2024 Written Episode
The episode begins with Mrinalini asking Lalon to stay back. She expresses that they are all together and that she got leave from school. Lalon replies that he must go for work; otherwise, the boys will create a small pandal for the Durga idol. He seeks Dadi’s blessings, and she jokes with him, advising him not to take Rumi’s words to heart. Lalon assures her that Appu has no favoritism, or else she wouldn’t have married him. Bablu mentions that Lalon used to live in a big house before. Choton adds that perhaps he will get his house back tomorrow. Shubh interjects, saying he cannot listen to this trivial talk, instructing Rumi and Tanuja to go to their room. They all exit, and Dadi announces that they will begin the rasam. Anjana performs the aarti for them.
Jhanak prepares for her shot and enters, catching Aditya’s eye. He compliments her, saying they need to shoot a romantic scene, and she can imagine Anirudh to make the scene come alive. Jhanak expresses that his jokes hurt her, and Aditya apologizes. They proceed to film the scene, with the director stating that he doesn’t need to give direction to Aditya. He explains the scene to Jhanak, who thinks about Anirudh.
Choton drives Mrinalini to school. She remarks that he didn’t need to drop her, but he insists that he received an urgent call from school. Mrinalini responds that she usually goes to school alone. He assures her that she is sensible and not foolish like him. He teases her about how Anjana sent them to spend time together. They engage in playful banter, and he mentions that she will understand one day how much he has done for her.
Aditya and Jhanak complete their shot, but she suddenly shouts Anirudh’s name, causing the director to express frustration over the interruption. Aditya reassures her that it was a good performance despite the mishap, while the director insists they redo the scene. Aditya suggests taking a five-minute break.
Mrinalini inquires about the word “love” that Choton mentioned. He apologizes for speaking out of turn. When she asks if he said it by mistake, he admits he loves her but feels unworthy. Mrinalini criticizes him for lacking courage and sincerity, while he argues that love doesn’t put food on the table. He insists he has a heart and professes his feelings again, leaving her stunned.
Meanwhile, Anirudh returns home, where Appu hugs him and asks about Jhanak. Arshi argues with Anirudh, stating she doesn’t want to stay there because of him. Appu defends Anirudh, saying he’s tired and should rest. Shrishti scolds Anjana and Lalon, but Anirudh intervenes. Appu gets angry while Bipasha urges her to calm down. Shrishti tells Anirudh that they need to discuss something important in private, but he insists on addressing it publicly, claiming he hasn’t done anything wrong.
Jhanak feels remorseful for ruining the shot and thanks Aditya for his understanding. He encourages her to control her emotions and not hurt herself, stating that they should proceed with the shoot.
As the family dynamics unfold, Appu, Bablu, and Tanuja share their thoughts, with Tanuja questioning the validity of their presence in the house. Anjana reassures her that they have the right to be there, just like anyone else. Bipasha makes a sarcastic comment about truth, and Bablu defends them.
Anirudh insists that they discuss matters openly in front of everyone, leading to Arshi declaring her final decision to leave the house.
